Beautiful Keuka Lake!
Located in the Heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country - the top destination in the finger-lakes due to the water clarity and incredible views.

Our home is perfectly located ½-way between Hammondsport (awarded “America’s Coolest small town”) and Branchport NY. This lake has amazing vistas and tons of restaurants right on the lake – both accessible by car or boat!

Our home was just built in 2014, directly on the water in a protected cove. The property is flat with only three stairs – from the driveway to waters’ edge. (the huge deck has 2 steps, with 3 more to the dock). Check out the photos of the beautiful, brand new dock with attached sunning area. Your family & friends will love this spot for swimming, fishing and sunning. The dock has a boat whip provided for your boat (can accommodate up to 26’). The lake is 16’ depth at the end of the dock.

This property has 75’ of lake frontage and plenty of grass for family games. A beautiful 20' fire-pit built into the landscape with plenty of seating for those evening s’mores.

There is plenty of off-street parking, again, with no steps into the house. Unlike most other houses on the lake, your vehicle will be completely off the street and have easy access into the house.

There are three first floor bedrooms: one with a king sized bed and two with queen beds, closets and dressers. The three rooms share a forward designed bathroom (or “buddy bath”), three separate sinks, toilet and shower all with separate doors to accommodate up to 4 people at a time.

The first floor also has an additional half bathroom and complete laundry room – tons of space. The brand-new kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the kitchen table can accommodate 10 people and 2 more at the breakfast bar.
The entire house is air-conditioned with a 2 zone GEOTHERMAL (green) system! First floor family has gas fireplace with fieldstone facing, hardwoods throughout with plush carpeting in the bedrooms.

The best view in the house is from the 1st floor, 2 story sunroom – gorgeous views from 180 degrees. 3 sets of sliding glass doors open onto an expansive deck with outdoor furniture seating area, fire table, and dining table, built in deck seating along with a gas-grill which is plumbed in so you’ll never run out of gas in the middle of cooking your steaks!

The second floor includes two bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed and it’s own full bath with a walk in shower and double sinks. It also has it’s own balcony- wake up on the lakeside to the sunrise every morning. The second bedroom is over 20’ long and has three twin beds and a double futon along with huge windows to let the air & light in on those breezy lake days.

Wait till you see the “secret room” on the second floor – hidden by a moveable bookcase… another huge room with table, chairs and couches for reading & relaxing.

Go fishing from the huge dock or take either of the provided kayaks or canoe out for a ride (life jackets are provided and mandatory)- you’ll fall in love with this lake.

There’s plenty to do on Keuka. Many of the local restaurants have live music on the weekends, award winning wineries and even some micro-breweries are popping up.

The second floor is rounded out with another bathroom & shower, as well as a built-in wooden desk & chair, all overlooking the lake & bluff!
The “Cooks” kitchen is complete with beautiful Cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and will allow you to cook up the “catch” of the day or just allow for some great appetizers to be prepared. Enjoy your meal on the deck, the patio, or lounging on the HUGE DOCK, which will definitely allow you to unwind and forget about your worries. This house was perfect for entertaining! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a couple of kinks during our stay but Rick and Peg responded immediately and were very proactive at getting the situation resolved. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this lake house to anyone with a large group. The house is great, the outside entertaining areas and dock are amazing and I think it’s one of the best views on the lake. I would definitely book again in the future."

My second stay, and we’ll be back!" - "It’s the perfect “on the water” location. From day one the host was welcoming but not overbearing. Plenty to see and do. Definitely do it again." - "My spouse and I were looking for a small place to stay for five nights that was close to the water at Lake Keuka. We wanted to relax and explore the Finger Lakes region. This was the perfect size and place for us. We will stay there again in the future. It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the queen sized bed was comfortable, and the lake is literally steps away from the glass slider door. The views are spectacular. The shower stall is on the smaller side but we did not have any problem with it. There is a covered deck area with two comfortable chairs, a small table and the most amazing view of the lake. We spent a lot of time here in the mornings and evenings eating our meals and reading. It was so quiet and peaceful. A step or two down from that is another uncovered deck with lawn chairs and two kayaks for guest’s use. The hosts were great, very informative, but not intrusive at all. Delia sent a message prior to our arrival asking us what kind of wine we liked and honored our reply that we were not drinking alcohol at this time. We did trail hiking in state parks and rented bikes to ride on the Keuka Outlet Trail that connects Keuka and Seneca lakes and then rode around on some the country roads in Dresden. Also went to Watkins Glen, Corning Museum, Curtis Museum, and spent an afternoon in Ithaca. Had a lot of fun! There are lots of things to do within a reasonable driving distance. Would not hesitate to recommend this place."
