- "Great homebase for a wedding at the Lake House." - "The apartment is spacious and completely and beautifully renovated. So much so, that I thought we might have been their first guests. We arrived to find cold water bottles, snacks and sucking candies, a bottle of wine, coffee pods, individual butter and coffee creamers. These are all such nice, thoughtful touches and essentials before we could do a quick food shop. Food shopping not really necessary because Canandaigua has some great restaurants. The Lake is beautiful for walking, swimming, taking a ferry cruise or a kayak ride. We will certainly be back."

Newly renovated kitchen and updated furnishings/ decor throughout. Entrance to the condo, kitchen, living/dining room, balcony and half bath are on the main floor. Both bedrooms and full bath are located on the lower floor. Master bedroom with black out shade and room darkening curtains. Work space and 50” TV in each bedroom for your convenience. Two balconies to enjoy your coffee, morning yoga with the sunrise (two mats provided), dinner alfresco or just simply take in the stunning views! Living room with 70” TV and 60" linear electric Napolean fireplace. Hotel style heating and cooling units located in the kitchen, living room and each bedroom. Maximum two vehicles allowed. One assigned covered parking spot located directly in front of the unit and one additional vehicle can be parked on opposite side of garage which is also covered in the guest parking.

Guest access:
Elevator to access private sand beach for Bristol Harbor residents is located approximately 300 steps from the condo. New HOA rules state renters cannot use the beach on Saturdays and Sundays as well as Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day, only residents. There is a beach five minutes down the road by car! The Clubhouse is located .4 miles from the condo across the street where you will have access to the basketball courts and playground.
Short term renters not allowed to go inside the clubhouse, use fire pits, kayaks or community gas grill for liability reasons per recently updated rental rules established by the HOA. Pickleball courts may be used after 3pm since it is very popular with residents here.

Rules:
Bristol Harbour is a quiet community. In order to comply with HOA rules and be respectful of neighbors, no loud noise 10pm-8am, no parties or events. No parking of boat trailers/boats allowed on the property. Max guests both overnight and during the day is four.

This is a newly renovated unique 2 bedroom one bath apartment. Walking distance to the lake and downtown. Located on the first level of building (requiring taking a few steps up to enter). This unit features 10ft ceilings in living space and queen bedroom. The décor is simply gorgeous and airy. Included are plenty of amenities. Bedroom 1 -has (2) twin size beds. Bedroom 2- has a queen bed. These mattresses are memory comfort to minimize motion. The living room has a leather queen sofa bed that can accommodate (2) addt guests. All linens are cozy and comfortable. Pillows are all secured with allergen/dust mite protectors. Comforters are alternative down with duvet covers. It is perfectly situated between downtown and the lake. Typically properties oversell in their listings and under impress when you arrive, but this one did the opposite! The decor was lovely, everything was new and impeccably styled. The linens were a good quality and the beds were very comfortable. Ample towels were also supplied. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Most importantly, the property was extremely clean. I am very discerning about the cleanliness of properties when we travel and I check places very carefully. I found every surface to be clean when we arrived. The property has a couple little quirks, but they are part of the character that come with an apartment in an older home/building and do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience. I contacted the hosts once during our stay and they were wonderful and quick to respond. They had also given us some suggestions for local restaurants, activities, etc. that were great choices. One more thing to mention is the hosts's attention to detail. They have taken all the little extra steps to provide an overall welcoming and comfortable guest experience. I was traveling my two kids and this was the first stop during a week long trip across the state. We stayed in several different places and everyone agreed this was our favorite place during our trip!"

- "Very nice condo - impressive decor, kitchen is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The double balcony is an amazing plus, both for watching the sunrise and enjoying evening cocktails, watching boaters on the lake. Shaun (mgr) was very responsive to questions. We have stayed in other condos here so knew the ropes - that was good since there were not a lot of details (such as the Wi-Fi network, how to get beach access, how to work tv since it was all streaming rather than cable). We put some hints in the guest book to help the next folks. Nevertheless, would definitely recommend this rental."

There is a laundry (not available to guest) and bathroom separating the 2 spaces and acts as a sound buffering space.. However since we live here and go about our daily living you may hear our vehicle coming and going or some noise occasionally. Please consider that before booking.

Once on the fifth floor take a left until you reach condo room 518. You will see two lock boxes mounted on the wall beside the door. Enter the code you receive in the entry instructions into the top lockbox and enjoy. Please call if you have any issues.

This space is located within The Hotel Canandaigua, one of the premier hotels in Finger Lakes region. Your space is a condominium. When you arrive at the hotel you have two options. First, you can park in front of the Hotel and enter through the main lobby. Once in the main lobby you take the elevators to your right to the fifth floor. Once on the fifth floor take a left until you reach condo room 402. You will see two lock boxes mounted on the wall beside the door. Enter the code you receive in the entry instructions into the top lockbox and enjoy. Please call if you have any issues.
