Three Birds Cottage is a level waterfront property with a 10-12 steps to the main dock and is ideally located four miles from the Village of Skaneateles on the east side of the lake. The sunsets are spectacular. It is ideal for 4 adults and 3-4 children. The bed configurations consist of two queen beds, a set of bunks, and two trundles (one is in a queen room and the other in the bunk room). The property has 3bd/1bd, a deck, dock, patio, gas fireplace, central air, grill and kayaks. We provide all linens and beach towels as well. Located on the eastern shore of Skaneateles Lake, the “jewel of the Finger Lakes”, Pinewood, is the perfect getaway. Pinewood is a rustic 3 bedroom cottage, secluded in the woods, on the lake. You can enjoy sunny days on the dock and in the water. In the evening the sunsets are breathtaking from your porch, the firepit or the dock. You are just 8 miles by boat or car from the Village of Skaneateles where you can find restaurants, gift shops, and a grocery store.
From your front door it is just a few steps to the firepit. Chairs surround the firepit and we provide all the wood you need to enjoy your evenings around the fire. Just past the firepit are the stairs, (40 steps down) leading to the water and the private dock. There you find chairs for sitting and enjoying the lake. There are two kayaks and life vests so you can have fun paddling around the lake.
This 3 bedroom cottage has a Master bedroom with a Queen bed. The additional 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Cottage has an open plan kitchen/living room/dining area. This cottage has 100 feet of lakefront and is situated on 5 wooded acres. The one half mile private road insulates you from the nearest public road. On the lake you have a 36’ dock to enjoy. If you have a boat the dock will accommodate up to a 24’ boat for passengers to board or leave the boat. There is a mooring buoy available for leaving the boat when not in use. There is a rowboat to get you to and from your boat or just to have fun rowing around on the lake. Great swimming, fishing, and boating in the clear water of Skaneateles Lake. At the end of your dock is a mailbox. Each morning Monday through Saturday a Mailboat filled with tourists stops to deliver our mail. (You can book rides on this Mailboat and see the entire lake).

- "I absolutely loved this house. It was breathtaking to drive up to see a sweet house surrounded by woods with the lake in the background. What was even more breathtaking was to actually walk into the house and see the lake in all its glory theough the wall of windows. I never tired of the view and the peacefulness and had I been able to swing it with flights etc I would’ve eagerly extended the stay. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well stocked, there’s a washer and a dryer and a very good choice of kayaks, paddleboards, oars, life jackets, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the second bedroom looked really cute. I honestly cannot express to you what a sense of peace this property gave me. Skaneateles is a gorgeous 15 minute drive away, Dougs Fish Fry was awesome, went twice. The town is just as beautiful as the first time I happened upon it 7 years ago. Do drive the lovely one hour drive to Ithaca Farmers Market, you won’t regret it I promise! But do it early in your stay so you can take advantage of the all fresh produce, pies, cheese and flowers. I will definitely be bringing my husband to this house within the next year. The only negative I can possibly think of - and this is being SUPER picky - is that I would suggest to update the two leather couches to upholstered couches and possibly move the tv to another wall for easier viewing. But again, this is me being excessively picky! ;) The house and the lake are sublime."

Updated home located on the West Side of Skaneateles Lake, off a private dirt road, approximately 4 miles from the Village. On the main level there is an open, spacious great room with kitchen, dining area and living area, all with views of the lake. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds on the main floor, and a full bathroom (renovated Fall 2021) with shower. The open loft with two desks, overlooks the great room. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level which is where the master bedroom with private bathroom is located, and beautiful views of the sunrise. Also on the lower level is a living area, as well as a washer and dryer. Interior doors on main level all replaced Fall 2021, as well as renovation of bathroom on main floor. All windows replaced 2024, as well as sliders on main level.

Start your day watching the beautiful sunrise from the large wrap deck before heading down to the 50 feet of private lakefront for a swim. The expansive dock was replaced 2023. It's wonderful just to relax on the deck and read a book, drink a cup of coffee watching the sun rise or glass of wine in the afternoon and just enjoy the scenery. Looking for more action, go for a swim, rent a boat (the marina is only a couple miles down the road), go for a sightseeing or dinner cruise on the Judge Ben, or fishing, golfing (public course is nearby) or hiking. There are great shops in town as well as a beautiful spa (Mirbeau), which is definitely worth a visit for a massage or other treatment. Anyelas, the local winery, is only a mile or so from the house. Even if you don't drink wine (they do also serve beer in the Cellar...) it's worth a visit - beautiful setting and they sometimes have live music. There are several wonderful restaurants in town, but grilling out on the deck with family and the view is hard to beat.

Lakeside Landing is on the West Side of Skaneateles Lake and it is located 15 minutes from the the Village of Skaneateles, approximately 8 minutes to Anyela's Vineyard and 45 minutes from Syracuse University. The house is directly on the lake. The interior was remodeled, repainted and decorated in 2020/2021. This property is ideal for those looking for privacy and a relaxing family vacation.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the porch or from the dock. There is 100 feet of lakefront for you to enjoy, including a mooring for a boat rental.

The main level has an open floor plan, a new kitchen with new counter tops and new cookware, a spacious living room and a gas fireplace, half bath and washer and dryer on the first floor. The living room leather couch pulls out to a queen sofa bed for extra guests to enjoy.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two of the bedrooms also have a pull out twin sofa bed. On the second floor there is one bathroom with a tub and shower.

The property also has an outdoor shower, a BBQ and a separate bunk house with 2 bunk beds. Guests have to fill the propane tank for their own use at ACE Hardware in town.

There is a mooring ball for guests to hook up a rental boat. Guests cannot dock the boat at the dock, however, they can hook up to the mooring ball and load and unload at the dock. If Guests wish to trailer their own boat to the property, they must trailer the boat to Skaneateles Marina or the public launch and keep the trailer at a different location. The road to the house is a private road and guests cannot keep vehicles or trailers parked on the road. A trailer and boat cannot be kept in the driveway due to space and incline of the road and driveway.

Come relax with your family and friends by beautiful Skaneateles Lake! Our ranch home is located a convenient 5 miles south of the village of Skaneateles on the west side of the lake. The house sits on 1.6 acres with 130 feet of private lakefront complete with patio furniture, a picnic table, dock and a fire pit, which makes it a perfect place for enjoying beautiful Skaneateles Lake. The house sits up near the road and the lakefront is 400 feet from the house. Explore the lake in our canoe or kayaks, or, for those who wish to bring their motor boat or sailboat, a marina is a mere 0.3 miles south of the house and we have a mooring available for your use. Stroll down to the Mandana Inn (a mere 0.3 miles south) for a scrumptious meal, enjoy a glass of wine at Anyela's vineyard (1.4 miles north), explore the many quaint shops and restaurants of downtown Skaneateles (5 miles north), or simply relax and take in the breathtaking beauty of the lake right at the house. The house has two king beds, two twin beds, a bunk bed with two full beds, and two full bathrooms; it therefore comfortably fits 8 people. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom have views of the lake. The house has air conditioning. The main room is a spacious open area comprised of the kitchen, living room and dining area. The dining area has a dining table which can expand to accommodate up to 10 people. The porch off the back of the house facing the water has two lounge chairs and two tables, one accommodating 6 people and another in a screened in area of the porch which accommodates 4-5 people. A two car garage is attached to the house with additional parking in the driveway. There are two small steps to access the house. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor grill, washer and dryer, wireless internet, and TV with DVD. Please note that parties with outside guests are not allowed while renting the house.
Should you have any questions or if anything arises during your stay, the owners' daughter lives a mere 30 minutes away and is available to help you make your stay enjoyable.

This charming 2 bedroom cottage couldn't be any cozier, and has one of the best waterfronts on the lake. Relax on either the open-air deck or the enclosed porch and view the beautiful, stretching views of Skaneateles Lake, especially when the sun sets. Just steps from your front door is a (sometimes)bubbling brook that runs along the property and the creekside garden. Being almost at the dead end of the road, it is quiet from traffic. The woods behind the cottage give it a real rustic feel.

Skaneateles is the 2nd cleanest lake in the country and the village, 15 minutes away, couldn't be any more quaint. The village has great restaurants if you don't feel like a having a cookout.

One bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom as a trundle bed with 2 single beds.

Nestled at the end of a secluded lane the cottage overlooks 70 feet of private lake frontage. The property has one third of an acre with mature trees and is bordered on four sides by a cottage, forested land, a tranquil creek and Skaneateles Lake. Welcome to Ottagono, our home in the shape of an octagon!

After extensive renovations in 2017 it offers a clean and new environment where modern meets rustic. The 750 square feet lives large with soaring beams in every space. A master craftsman and architect's influence are evident in the way every angle and inch are capitalized upon. There are 180 degree water views from the Great Room, with ample and uncovered windows, and wrap around deck. The kitchen has a full compliment of appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. There is a table for dining adjacent to the sliding glass doors overlooking the lake. In the center of the cottage a gas fireplace can be used for heat or ambiance, the surround and hearth are soapstone. All walls are cedar shiplap or solid pine.

The Bathroom has ample counter space and a closet. There is a rain head shower with porcelain tile on the walls and floor. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and closet. The Bunk Room has two extra long twin beds custom built to accommodate adults, or kids of any age.

The main deck area is adjacent to the front door; you will experience both indoor and outdoor living. A giant oak tree provides shade for the picnic table and grill. To the side of the deck is a separate building which houses the laundry facilities, also shaped like an octagon. The deck wraps around half the cottage with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the views or read a book. There are gates available to put up at either end to contain younger children. A staircase with 30 steps broken up by six landings takes you to the waterfront. The shale beach has an area for wading and a seawall. The dock is great for sunning, fishing or waving when the mailboat passes by.

There is parking for two cars. A new staircase (with a total of 20 steps and two landings) leads from the parking area to the level lawn. (The barn is not included in the rental.)

Beach front area and dock are first rate, lots of room & 2 umbrella's with all the chairs you need and easy entry into some of the most spectacular water you will ever find. The space
Extraordinary is a 19th century building that was previously used as the farm’s grain storage barn. There are two floors and 4 porches - all open for guests to enjoy. This space is heated by electric baseboard heating and a cozy woodstove fireplace. There is also a window unit AC on the first floor for use during summer.
Guest access
Behind Granary Farm Pond across the creek are mowed trails that will take you through and around our entire 150 acre property. We encourage you to stroll, jog or walk your dog on those trails. There are exceptional birding and wildlife viewing opportunities to be had, and early mornings and evening are the best time to do so.
The center of our preserve and the main water feature is the man-made Granary Farm Pond. This pond is spring fed and its cool water is a great for a refreshing dip, even in the height of summer.

New sinks, countertops and other fixtures would be much more straightforward to keep clean and appealing. The kitchen opens up to an open floor plan with the living room and dining room. A new glass sliding door and oversized windows were installed to maximize the stunning, lakefront views. Off of the dining room is a completely remodeled bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower and stackable laundry. The cottage sleeps 4 with one queen bedroom and a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. It is the ideal place for a couple's getaway or a small family. Please note, during the off season from November-April, guests will not have access to the seasonal dock or to the boathouse couch and chairs.
