Enjoy gorgeous lake views from this newly renovated home on the east side of Keuka Lake! This brilliant property boasts 3 bedrooms, including a queen bed, king bed and 4 twin xl bunk beds. The house has just been renovated top to bottom including a new kitchen, bathrooms, front deck and backyard spaces. Plenty of room for family sizes of all types and ages to enjoy near the local attractions or to simply relax on the deck or next to the fireplace.

The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all cookware/dishes/utensils. A propane grill overlooks the lake for those summer cookouts. There is complimentary wifi Internet access, Roku smart tv's, and a desk just in case work gets in the way.

Located on East Lake Road, the street is quiet and perfect for running, cycling, and walking your four-legged friend. Our large B&B-like house sits on a knoll overlooking Keuka Lake with an extraordinary view, especially at sunset. We have 120 feet of lake front with a large beach with a dock, table, chairs, fire pit and an excellent swimming area.

The house is nearly 2,000 square feet. We added two bathrooms (2.5 total) as well as a laundry room. The well-equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled.

Our house sits above the lake. To get to our lakefront and beach area, you walk down the driveway, cross East Lake Rd. and then walk down a wide path to the lake. East Lake Rd. is an access road, 1.5 miles long. It's a beautiful walking or biking road, with little traffic.

The front of the house is a covered porch with Adirondack chairs and a teak dining table. There is also a covered flagstone patio off the driveway.

There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, including a 225-square-foot main bedroom with new drywall. All three bedrooms have lake views as well as air conditioners. There are queen mattresses in two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen and two twin beds. We have two roll-away beds and a full-size, memory foam floor mattress. The den downstairs can be closed off and has a full-size sofa bed. There is a new half bath and separate laundry room on the first floor.

We offer great offseason rates for our 4-season home. We are near numerous wineries, most of which stay open on weekends through the winter. In the spring you can often hear the sound of the creek flowing at the edge of our property. In the fall, the color around the lake is spectacular into early November. In the winter, our house has central heat and a gas-burning fireplace in the den. The view out our new picture windows is fabulous. We are less than an hour from Bristol Mountain Ski Area.

From our covered porch you can enjoy the ever-changing light off the lake. You can walk or bike the access road in front of our house, perhaps hiking up one of canyons into the hills above the lake, to some extraordinary waterfalls. You can walk or bike the trail that connects Keuka and Seneca Lakes. Or fish -- the area near our house is known as one of the best bass fishing areas in the Finger Lakes.

The view was lovely." - "The Kingfisher is located right in the middle of Keuka Lake, centrally located and close to everything we wanted to see (this was our first visit to Finger Lakes). The property is very private and has great lake views, even when the trees are full of leaves. We had a full house with 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. As the pictures show, the kitchen is small (and no dishwasher), so we opted for easy meals which was perfect for vacation! There were lots of pots and skillets, plates, glasses, and silverware. If you're planning to bake or roast anything, you will want to bring a casserole dish or similar. The front porch with lake views is amazing. There are plenty of seats (more than shown in the pictures) and we spent much of our time there! We had a minor issue, which was handled quickly by Kate. She's a wonderful, very responsive host. We highly recommend this property!"

Beachfront cottage in Dundee, NY!

Welcome to Little Blue on Keuka Lake!

Cute 2-bedroom lakefront cottage with an additional converted boathouse at the water's edge with 84 feet of lake frontage - perfect for viewing Keuka's famous sunsets across the lake and taking in the relaxing lakeside lifestyle.

There are approximately 20 steps down to the cottage from the car parking area but once there, the property is just 2 to 3 feet above the water's edge. Two comfortable Adirondack chairs await you on the porch before entering the cottage. From here you can sit, relax and watch the boats going past, or your children swimming off the dock and float in front (dock & float in lake between May 15th and October 15th). There is also a picnic table with umbrella and charcoal grill located between the cottage and the boathouse. The gravel beach in front of the boathouse has a fire pit and allows guests to wade slowly into the water. There are additional plastic adirondack chairs on the beach as well for relaxing. Kindly note that this is a seasonal cottage - there is a space heater if needed for extra warmth.

The cottage has tile floors throughout, a bathroom with stand-up shower and kitchen with full size range, oven & dishwasher. There is sofa seating and a dining table in the living area with a huge picture window overlooking the water. The cottage has two bedrooms - a queen-sized bed in one room and two twin extra-long beds (built-in bunks) in the other. There is also a converted boathouse overlooking the water that is a great place to hang out and have some extra covered space. The boathouse has a sofa bed, large TV and games, and a window AC unit (however, it has no heat and there is no separate bathroom in this structure).

Please note: The cottage is SMALL (approx 530 sqft) and should be limited to 4 adults/children unless the boathouse is being used with the information noted above. Linens and towels are provided, but we suggest bringing extra beach towels for outdoor activities.

Late Spring and early Fall are more peaceful and tranquil and a great time for wine touring, visiting local museums, boating, fishing, and more.

- "Really enjoyed the property but because of problems with the well water it put a damper on the stay. My wife unfortunately had gastric problems and we had to head home in middle of second week. Other couple was able to stay. We were able to visit many wineries and had some very good meals out. Don’t know whether owner changed the filter on water system as he promised. Although the early heavy rainfall impacted the situation, we were under the impression water was safe but had to go to bottled water for remainder of stay. Overall a really nice home with beautiful views, etc."

Hazy Daze is a great spot on Keuka's East Lake community! This home has 5 bedrooms with all of the bedrooms and living spaces arranged so that they have views of Keuka Lake. The home sits up on a slight knoll giving it a birds eye view of the lake below. With 20' of it's own private lakefront, dock, and pebble beach area, you'll be able to get in the water as well and not just enjoy the view of the lake from the house!

Walking in on the main floor, the living area has an open floor plan with a fully furnished Kitchen, Dining area and large Living room. The Living room has a gas burning fireplace and large windows facing toward the lake. The Dining area has large patio doors that lead out onto the spacious front porch where there is a large table for outdoor dining along with a gas grill.

There is a half bath along with a laundry room just off of the living area on the main floor.

The Primary suite is on the main floor as well. This room is very spacious with a King size bed, Roku TV, and huge master bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink with plenty of vanity space.

The additional four bedrooms are located on the second floor with two of the bedrooms having King size beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with two Twin beds. There are 2 full baths on the second floor both with tub/showers and double sinks.

Happy Daze has 20' of private lakefront and beach area with a permanent dock and a small deck with outdoor dining. The lakefront is located just across the quiet street from the home and is accessed by a flight of stairs to the deck/outdoor dining area. The pebble beach is great for wading, swimming, or kayaking.
