This summer cottage has one of the best sunset views on Oneida Lake. Only 25 minutes to Syracuse and close proximity to many local attractions as well as Sylvan Beach where you can find live entertainment and restaurants.

The space
Newly renovated efficiency includes full kitchen, dining table and full size Lazy Boy sofa sleeper. Full bathroom has a shower stall. Small space but has everything you need.

We are centrally located in the Finger Lakes Region just a short walk away from Cayuga Lake. Sun & Moon B&B is 45 minutes away from Syracuse and an hour away from Rochester and Ithaca.

The space
You will have access to 2 bedrooms with televisions in each, a full bathroom, a living room with views of the property and a dining room with a coffee nook and refrigerator. There is also a shady and picturesque patio overlooking the yard . This patio is solely for you and your guests to use while enjoying a good book or conversation or simply a nap on the hammock . The barbecue is there for the guests to use and it is equipped with all of the cooking/grilling utensils you will need, including paper products, cups and plastic silverware. All of these spaces are solely for the guests to use. These are NOT shared spaces. We can only accommodate 1 reservation at a time. Sun & Moon B&B is a quaint home where you and your friends and/or family will have your privacy and comfort all together.
We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast which means the main kitchen is for the hosts . There is no access to the main kitchen for guests. I will aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible 😁
We also offer 2 to 4 week stays during the winter months. This availability is ideal for traveling nurses and business travelers, etc.
Linen services is fulfilled once a week for long term stays. Laundry services is available for an added charge.

Guests enter the home through the front door. Parking is directly out front of the home.

This is a traditional Bed & Breakfast. We serve breakfast on the half hour between 8am & 9am. Special requests should be presented ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are here to assist you with any recommendations or assistance you may need.

The picturesque scenery offers many different types of outdoor adventures! Hike the beautiful Chimney Bluffs or Fillmore Glen or just take a short walk to Cayuga Lake to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Spend a memorable day kayaking and boating with friends and family.

Enjoy a spacious stay just walking distance to the village and lake! Upstairs unit sleeps 6 (2 bedrooms/1 bath/pull out couch). If you’d like to add-on the bottom unit (not rented to other groups simultaneously) please let me know… it sleeps an additional 2 guests with private entrance, bath, kitchen, desk & queen bed.

The space
The location is top-notch... Close to everything, yet a quiet retreat for your stay. Washer and dryer in unit, all linens and towels provided. Kitchen fully equipped with plates, glasses, serving platters, etc. as well as basic baking/cooking ingredients.

Plenty of space to privately enjoy the acre of land behind the Carriage House. Gorgeous all year round!

The Carriage House is close to the village of Skaneateles and its beautiful lake. Walk to restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and world-class spa. It's a short drive to wineries, distilleries, and hiking spots. Rosalie's Cucina is across the street.

The space
This guesthouse offers one bedroom with one bathroom and a full kitchen. There is a deck located off the living room and kitchen. The property consists of 3 acres available to guests, including a 1/2 acre fenced in pasture area (shared with the host).

Guests are allowed to utilize the property behind the barn, as well as the fenced in pasture area

Other things to note
For guests booking between December 1st to April 1st, the road to the guesthouse is maintained by the host, but 4-wheel drive / All wheel drive is strongly recommended due to winter conditions. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before booking.
