Our guesthouse is a quaint, but new construction, one bedroom apartment built onto our 1842 Victorian home. It has its own entrance and is fully furnished with beautiful garden views, porch and rockers, fully equipped granite kitchen, cozy living room, full bath with walk in shower, AC, ceiling fans, flatscreen TV—everything you'd need! Just bring yourselves for a delightful stay in the heart of the Art District and 3 blocks from our vibrant downtown and a short walk to the Saratoga racetrack.

Eat on stools at the butcher block counter or use the extending coffee table for convenient couch snacking. The comfy queen bed is accessible from one side and from the foot.
