This 4 season cottage is on one of the nicest coves on Saratoga Lake. Close by, are the Saratoga Race Track & Casino, the New York City ballet and concerts at SPAC. Golfers can choose from three different courses. Downtown is known for its shops, entertainment and eateries. You are 30 minutes away from Lake George. Willard Mountain is 45 minutes away. The nearby State Park has nice trails, and is also good for X-C skiing and snow shoeing. A warm propane fireplace awaits your return.

Cottage is set back just off the lake front. Directly in front is a spacious patio equipped with a grill and tables and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee, eating meals or just relaxing watching the water or reading a good book.

As much as I am an avid pet lover that works with dog rescue, I can not make any exceptions to the no pet policy. Thanks for your understanding.

Guests also have access to a small sitting area at the end of the dock which is set up with chairs. (Sorry the pontoon boat in the dock picture is not for use by guests.) There are places on both ends of the lake where guests can do day rentals of boats, paddle boards, etc.

Unfortunately at the cottage there is no space for docking of other outboard motor boats or another pontoon. Guests are welcomed to bring non-motorized water vessels - canoes, kayaks, paddle boards. No motor boats and/or trailers allowed. Likewise in winter, guests may not bring motorized vehicles like snowmobiles. There is no lake access in the cove to put them on the lake, Nor is there room for parking a trailer on the cottage property.

Sorry but guests can NOT bring any motor boat and/or trailer of any size. There is no room on the property to park either at the cottage, even if you plan to put it in daily at one of the public launch sites each day. The association also does not allow guests to leave boats/trailers in the parking lot at the entrance to the cove. Unfortunately if you want to bring a motor boat , jet ski / trailer, this is not the place for you.

The cove is very shallow. Maximum depth is only about 5 feet for a distance of 120-150 feet from shore. Guests can swim off the dock but there is absolutely no diving. Guests can bring their own flotation devises and spend time floating around in the cove. Weather permitting, winter guests can skate and enjoy ice fishing. Likewise in winter, guests may not bring motorized vehicles like snowmobiles. There is no lake access to put them on the lake, nor is there room for parking a trailer on the cottage property.

Both front and back doors will be programmed with the same code for easy entrance any time without having to worry about a key.

The layout of the cottage is an open plan. A sitting area with wicker furniture greets you as you enter the camp. ** It would be greatly appreciated if all shoes are left by the door as you enter the sitting area. ** This area blends into the living room where there is a TV over a propane fireplace (equipped with a cable box and Roku). Guests can choose to relax on a comfortable sofa bed (a double) or a recliner chair.

Next is the kitchen area which includes a table and 4 chairs. There is an additional table leaf and chairs available for larger guest parties. The refrigerator is standard size with freezer on top. A dishwasher is also provided. Cooking is done on a full size range with oven fueled by propane. A coffee maker is available for use. Cabinets are stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, and pans.

The cottage uses well water but it is now on an elaborate Culligan system and drinkable. A cooler with spring water will also be available for your use.

The bathroom is off the kitchen and guests will be happy to see it includes a washer and dryer along with the usual tub/shower, sink. The improved water system provides great shower pressure, which is a plus for travelers.

Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, a dresser, closet and a 30” smart TV. The Silver Spectrum cable package and WiFi is standard for the cottage but guests can access any of the additional "special" channels that can be downloaded with their own accounts. Bedrooms also have a 5' X 5' closet with one shelf.

Access to the cottage is down a mostly paved one lane road. Cars entering the cove need to travel a max of 10mph. Guests also need to pull in to a nearby driveway to allow outgoing traffic the right of way. Guest can safely walk the lakeside road to see the cove up close. The cove and surrounding areas have some great roads for biking, so don't hesitate to bring yours with you. If you want a night free of driving, guests can "call" for an Uber. Boaters can launch from public places at each end of the lake.

Your host lives a short 20 minutes away if there are any issues you may need us for. A short text will always get a quick response. The host also spends a lot of time enjoying the lake. It is unlikely that our paths will not cross one or more times during your stay on the water’s edge.

It offers brand new appliances, furniture and linens and is across the street from Market32 so you can grab & go or get groceries and cook in this spacious, well-stocked chef’s kitchen. Market32 also has a full Starbucks inside, so if you're a fan... you're in luck!

There are some really great restaurants in walking distance too. Mama Mia's Italian Restaurant is across the street and is a local's favorite.

Railroad Run is right next to the house. It's an amazing walking/cycling paved and/or gravel path that is super dog friendly! You can use this path to walk to the State Park (just 1.0 miles away) including SPAC, YMCA's awesome health club and more! There are also bicycles available to rent on the RailTrail so you can cycle around town too.

There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. One bathroom has a large shower and the other one is a 1/2 bath, with no shower.

HEIGHT ALERT! The Horse Lover was built in 1940 and it's charming structure can accommodate folks that are <=6 feet tall in the Primary Bedroom (upstairs). Our tall guests are best suited for sleeping downstairs... or just 'MIND YOUR HEAD' upstairs.

FENCED YARD! The yard is fully fenced and secured so you can relax while your pups wander and explore (just keep the gates closed). Not only is the yard fenced, there is a new stone patio with a propane-powered fire pit and very comfortable outdoor furniture to relax after a long day at the track or an evening at SPAC. There's also an eating area outside to sit and sip. You'll love the peace and privacy!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and scrupulously clean! The 2 bathrooms were a plus and the large, well equipped kitchen was perfect for us to prepare food for our event. I had my elderly Australian shepherd with me and she was made welcome with dishes and treats. A few things to note - parking is very tight and we needed to leave one car across the street at the market. Also, we had planned on 5 adults and 1 was unable to attend which ended up being a blessing. The sleeping arrangements are suitable for only 3 to 4 adults rather than the 6 that they say in the listing. And be aware, as with most VRBO properties additional fees and required insurance were hefty and ended up costing us more than the rental rate."

The space
We have a large split-level home with a private yard and a 30X15' above ground oval pool with sundeck & plenty of seating. There is also a gas fire pit and large screen house for your use for those nice relaxing evenings. Enjoy the mornings with your coffee poolside or in the backyard while listening to the songbirds. It has one large bedroom with comfortable King Bed, 40" Roku TV, as well as a large closet with hangers, full sleeper sofa, large dresser and black out curtains. In the adjoining room, there is a Queen Bed and a Queen Sofa Couch with inner spring mattress and Smart TV. Both TV's have cable, and High Speed Internet, central air conditioning, and more. There is a private full bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and pods, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, stove/oven, microwave and stove. Private off-street parking in our driveway with room for 2 vehicles. There are extra pillows and blankets if needed as well as bathroom and pool towels for your use. We will be available by text for any questions or help. This is a NON-SMOKING home. There is also NO smoking in the screen house. Any non-compliance will incur a $250 fine. We do not allow pets or parties while you are visiting. PLEASE NOTE... there is an additional fee of $30 per person per guest over the number of four guests. We offer a separate keyless entrance from our driveway where you may park your vehicle. You will receive the key code the morning of check-in, as well as the Wifi password. We are close to gas stations, markets, liquor stores, restaurants, and the concert venue at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center(SPAC), as well as the Historic Race Track, Racino, lakes and downtown venues. PLEASE....nothing other than toilet paper to be flushed down the toilet and PLEASE minimize grease down kitchen sink. One Bedroom apartment at the rear of a Victorian. Private entrance and off street parking. Just remodeled in 2019. The rest of the house is still in progress, we won't swing hammers while you visit. Outside deck, grill, and dining table for your use in the yard. Great location for getting to the City Center, Skidmore Saratoga Hospital (.7 mi.) or downtown Saratoga Springs (2 blocks to the Hilton and shuttle to Race Track or Racino or SPAC). Visitors come to Historic Saratoga Springs for the horses, restaurants, bars, spas, classic architecture, boutique shopping and the history of autos, dance, bottles, gambling, the American Revolution and Victorian Architecture. Or just sit on the front porch and watch the world go by.

This is a 2 story apartment with the bedroom upstairs with it's own TV and thermostats for heat and air conditioning. Ideal set up for one or two people, however, no pets or parties please. The entrance is off the alley along the side of the house and has a small lot. The outside doors are monitored by cameras for your protection. Keypad entry for apartment.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is a coffee machine but why not wander the neighborhoods and grab a coffee while you explore? We provide a hair dryer, q-tips, cotton balls, towels, bottled water, coffee filters, a few spices and kitchen basics and Alexa. Anything else you may require we can discuss.

A few notes, no pets, no smoking, this is a neighborhood, so no late or loud parties as the neighbors need their quiet too. And if you are comfortable with it, we would love for you to leave your shoes at the door and relax.

Also, I am required to disclose I am a Licensed NY Real Estate Associate Broker and the property owner (since 1983). and if it matters, I only practice commercial real estate. But the law has its disclosure rules, so I play along.

The location is 2 blocks to the Hilton and you can catch at shuttle from there around town in the summer. 7/10 to the Saratoga Hospital or Golf & Polo Club. Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the Saratoga State Park, Golf Course, Auto Museum, Hall of Springs and Gideon Putnam are about 1.8 miles. The Racino, Morton's & Vapor Nightclub at 2.2 miles and Skidmore is within a mile and easily walkable. Saratoga Race Course is 1.6 miles or you can take the shuttle from behind the Hilton. Albany Airport is about 30 minutes south and Lake George is about 30 minutes north. Local taxis are great and there is also ride share or CDPHP community bikes available. Amtrak has a stop in Saratoga and the station is 1.8 miles away.

This is a busy time of year, please contact me for pricing and availability details. Saratoga Springs is also the gateway to the Adirondacks and Lake George area. We cannot accept reservations from May- September that have a Saturday departure. Three day stays are expected for Memorial, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends. - "The property was lovely. Great decor and the right amount of room for a couple. It was very clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. It was a very easy walk down Broadway to restaurants. On this particular trip we were dressed up for the races, so for us it was too far to walk to the track, but only a 5 minute drive. It is walkable if you are ambitious (but it is always the walk back...) There's a cute back porch for morning coffee. Owner is very responsive. We'd come back."

Close to West Ave Y...near enough to downtown to walk SPAC events (June to September), community farm, and high school. Single floor living with just 2 steps in front door, 3 in back and no steps inside. New minimal curb shower and grab bar for safety.

The space
This is a Rv we remodeled that is located on our property. You have access to it and the yard. This is a RV so it does only have a 20 gallon water tank. The hot water is on demand,You turn on a button and it takes about 10 minutes to get hot. We will refill water as often as you need. The 2 TVs have antennas that provide 7-10 channels, both tv's has Amazon Prime and Netflix. We are located on 3 acres with lots of wildlife. We have amazing woodpeckers, lots of squirrels, and on occasions turkeys.This is a perfect spot to enjoy nature but still be close to all amenities this region has to offer. The RV stays warm in the winter ishas new insulation and subfloor was installed. We provide snow removal.

You have full access to the 3 acre property. There is a charcoal grill and patio set with propane fire pit. We have a lot of birds and squirrels to watch. We get some amazing woodpeckers here. We do have 11 cemetery’s dating to the 1700 on the property in the back corner.

Other things to note
This is a RV with limitations such as having to refill water and waiting on water to heat up. We lived in this for a year durning a remodel. When we renovated the RV we made it as spacious and comfortable as we could. . If you are traveling with a dog and need to leave it in the airbnb for an extended time please communicate with us, we are very understanding but don't want damage done. we can offer solutions so your pet gets yard time and enjoy there vacation too.

The space
Our Airbnb is a private room and bathroom with a kitchenette. Your own private entrance is to the right of our home’s front door. The door entrance is not visible from where you park in the driveway. (You must take the path on the left to find it once you are parked in the driveway)
To find your private entrance: park your car on the left hand side of our driveway. Pull up to where the front of your vehicle is near the first path on the left-hand side. Walk up the path to the left and you will see our front door. The door to your private entrance is to the right when facing the front door to our home.

This camper has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a separate bunk room with three bunkbeds and a couch/futon that can be used as a sleeping surface. The living room couch also converts into a futon if needed. There is a full-size refrigerator and freezer and stove and cooktop in the kitchen and there is an outdoor kitchen with a Blackstone cooktop and mini fridge.

We offer a large private space(1200 sq.feet)with a private keyless entrance. This is the entire lower level of our home with use of our outdoor pool(seasonal), firepit, grill and screened-in room. Minutes to SPAC & the State Park(2.4 miles), Downtown Saratoga(4 miles), the Race Track & Racino(5 miles). Groceries & more right up the road. We have a large split-level home with a private yard and a 30X16' above ground oval pool with sundeck & plenty of seating. There is also a gas fire pit and large screen house for your use for those nice evenings. Enjoy the mornings with your coffee poolside or in the backyard while listening to the songbirds. This private suite is the entire lower level of our home with it's own private keyless entrance. It has one large bedroom with comfortable King Bed, 40" Roku TV, as well as a large closet, sleeper sofa and dresser for your use. In the adjoining room, there is a Queen Bed and a Queen Sofa Couch with inner spring mattress and Smart TV. Both TV's have Roku, Cable, and High Speed Internet, Air Conditioning, and more. There is a private full bathroom with a new walk-in shower as well as a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and pods, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, stove/oven, microwave and stove. Private off-street parking in our driveway. There are extra sheets and blankets if needed as well as bathroom and pool towels for your use. We will be available for any questions or help, but we will respect your privacy as well. This is a non-smoking home. We do not allow pets or parties while you are visiting unless given prior permission. PLEASE NOTE... there is an additional charge of $30/ night/guest over the number of 4 guests. If a service or emotional animal accompanies your party, please bring the appropriate paperwork stating such. There will not be an additional fee unless access cleaning is necessary. Non-service or emotional dogs are not allowed and if brought will incur an extra $250 fee. Thank you!

Hello! We have a four bedroom center hall colonial home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just two miles from Broadway in Saratoga Springs. There are three brand new beds and beddings-two queen beds and one double bed. May rent one room (or one can rent two or three at once.) Share one and a half baths. Parking on street.

The space
We are three miles to SPAC and three miles to the Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Track. Also the flat track-trotters. Close to lakes for kayak rentals and paddle boards. Adirondack Park 30min drive north, and Lake George! Saratoga State park for picnics etc. two miles away.
