Easy Hiking trail marked with orange tape starts at the woods behind the wood shed and goes to the top of the mountain behind the house... all on my 44 acres. At the top, there’s a beautiful view to the west looking over to Cat and Thomas mountains on state lands. To hike to Cat and Thomas mountains there’s a trail head and parking lot just 5 driveways down the street before Edgecomb Pond.

Lake George offers many activities . There are Boat or jet ski rentals and parasailing at Chic's Marina or rent a canoe or kayak from Lake George Kayak right in town. You can get on the Mohican Steam ship from the town dock and tour the lake. Or take other steamships from Lake George Village 9 miles to the south at the end of the lake.

Great Escape is 20 minutes to the south and Adirondack Extreme, a rope course in the trees, is just a few minutes down the road. In winter we are just 30 minutes from skiing at Gore Mt. And just 20 minutes from West Mt.

This one of a kind property is light and bright with vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher, and a spa like bath that feels more like a 5 star resort then a cabin in the Adirondacks. This small cabin lives large thanks to vaulted ceilings, skylights in every room, and space saving pocket doors throughout. It is the perfect place for a small family, couples get-a-way, or girls weekend.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and closet, the second bedroom has a full size bed and a loft with another full size mattress. The "great room" is furnished with a large sofa, 40" SMART TV (BRING YOUR PASSWORDS), cable & high speed WiFi, and is anchored at one end by the open kitchen. A large butcher block peninsula seats 4 for meals with additional seating at the custom outdoor living area.
Everything is new in this recently updated cabin. Outside we have a wonderful deck and outdoor space with fire pit and a large table for dining. Available for your use is are two kayaks, and two Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards.
The association features a wonderful 250 ft long beach with gentle sandy slope to a large swim area with a raft. Next to the beach is grassy area with shade, a playscape, volleyball, ping pong, and a fire pit for roasting s'mores and having fun in the evening. Downtown Bolton Landing is only a 1 mile drive to all the shops, restaurants, marinas, and public parks. The historic Sagamore resort and golf club are only a few minutes away, and Lake George Village is a 15 minute drive.

SEASONAL CABIN DISCLAIMER: EARLY SPRING LATE FALL: As a Premier Partner when you inquire about our property you have the added option of calling us with questions. This is still a 3 season cabin. Early Spring and late Fall temperatures can range widely. Although we have electric wall mounted room heaters, the floors get cold and we use electric mattress covers on all the beds for extra cold nights. Depending on the weather we like to set expectations that you may be inside wearing warm socks and sweats after a day of hiking or exploring the area. It's best for an adventurous group or family, not for a young child crawling around on the floor these times of the year. We have association water mid April through Columbus Day - after that it is weather dependent. The last few years water has run until the end of October. We still have all 5 star reviews for these times of year because we have set correct expectations. After Columbus day if we were notified of water service needing to be shut off we would notify guests immediately and in that case provide a full refund of any unused days - for refunds on HomeAway/VRBO please refer to their refund policy.

A modern and unique property for the guest who is tired of Adirondack musty and dusty. This is not your Grandma's cabin. This one of a kind property is light and bright with vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and is surrounded by unique and custom furnishings. The Navajo white walls are the perfect canvas for fun, colorful, artwork and photos. This cabin is very spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to vaulted ceilings and skylights in the family room. It also features a wood burning fireplace but it is NOT for guest use.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet with barn doors, and a 43" smart TV and window ac unit. The front of the home features a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a 43 inch TV. It is accessed through the mudroom and main entry.

The family room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, 50 inch SMART TV, cable & high speed Wi-Fi for work or pleasure. A separate sitting area is perfect for games, and the over sized dinning table will easily seat 8 for a great home cooked meal.

Outside we have a wonderful deck and outdoor space with fire pit and two large tables for dining. The cabin sits on 2 wooded acres and is surrounded on both sides and the rear by trees. Available for your use is are two kayaks, and two Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards. Veteran's Memorial Park Beach is 1/2 mile away - it has kayak and Paddle board access.

- "We had a great time at this condo. Owner was kind and place had everything needed for a great stay. There was no cable tv, but they did have Netflix, so that was good on a rainy evening. WiFi was great. Kitchen is mostly equipped, but lacking a few things - ie, frying pan, only 3 plates, potholders. We made do fine nonetheless. There were families in the other units while we were visiting and it was still relatively quiet. I imagine that during the summer this is a much busier scene as it is right next door to The Algonquin Restaurant and Chic's Marina. But that may be the price to pay to be on the water. Lovingly restored 1851 Church with a long and glorious history. One of the oldest restored buildings left on Lake George. . Interior features 14ft ceilings on both floors, lots of nooks for reading and lounging. and a gourmet kitchen with 6 burner Wolf Range and double oven, wood burning finnish-fireplace with wood fired pizza oven.

Located on a quiet road 2 miles from town. Enjoy your stay just 4 minutes from Bolton Landing, 2 minutes from beaches, walk into the woods and BBQ from the tranquil deck on the rear.

Master Bedroom has a King bed, a small lounge area and an attached two-person shower. Master bedroom has a washer dryer unit and a fully opening roof balcony. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a shower/toilet just across the hall. Above that is the bell tower with original 1787 bell "Fear God and Honour thy King,"

The main room of 1200 sq feet has a large slab table that seats 10. The Choir/Loft area is connected to the main room by spiral stairs and features two new twin-day beds which can access a half bath on the main floor.

Rear deck of 250sq feet has a Wood BBQ, Wood smoker, Gas BBQ and view of a small brook and pond.

There is a basement apartment in the building which is accessed via another entrance that has a friendly female Australian Sheppard - The dog is quiet but likes to play so if you are not a dog person maybe this rental is not for you. Expect a visit if you are hanging outside.

Barred Owl family lives behind the house in a tree and sometimes are feisty calling at sunset.

This space can be rented for weddings BUT it is definitely NOT allowed for the purposes of this rental. Space is for use of the guests on the reservation only. Two off street parking spots are included.

The blend of old-world charm with modern comforts made our stay for the long weekend great. The Space:
Alderbrook Yurt is located on the southern end of the Lake with it's own private entrance. A 333 sqft. 20' wide yurt from Colorado Yurt Company. Glamping at its finest with all the comforts of home and a waterfall to listen to. A Whimsical outhouse features a compost toilet, wash basin, lights, fan and heater. (outdoor shower coming soon). A kitchenette, Queen size bed and a single pullout sofa sleeps three. Outdoor grill and table and chairs complete the dining experience.

Small Adirondack cabin with a loft type sleeping area. One queen bed and a full size futon. Can easily host 2 adults and 2 children. Two couples are possible but limited privacy. Renovated cabin in Bolton Landing. Private setting with short walk to the Pinnacle trail head, 5 minute quick drive into town for groceries, public town beach, boat launch, Sagamore Resort, public beaches, restaurants, brewery, and shops. Gore ski area (40 minute drive. Dog pets are on an exception basis.

The home is yours to enjoy! Decorated in a shabby chic motif with plenty of space to spread out and relax. This home was built in the late 1800’s. Has modern updates. There is a bedroom and bath on the first floor - the remaining bedrooms and bath are on the 2nd floor. The steps to the 2nd floor are steep. In the winter the bedroom with the twin beds may require the use of a space heater if very cold.

Beautiful apartment in downtown Bolton Landing with Lake George access a short walk away - the apartment is the first floor of part of house and is located next to the road to Rogers Memorial Park and beach. Walk to restaurants, boat rentals, playgrounds, shopping, Bolton Brewery and the Sagamore Resort. 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, and deck. Perfect spot to enjoy the fall colors at the lake, skiing at nearby Gore, hiking, festivals, and the beautiful Adirondacks!

Enjoy this sunny and comfortable apartment in the perfect location in downtown Bolton Landing. With its own designated parking area, a separate entrance with a deck and 2 chairs, a convenient kitchenette, smart TV, 2 bedrooms (1 King and 1 Double) and a full bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is the first floor of part of a larger home. There may be guests staying in the other section. If there are not, I can give you access to the back fire pit area. You might be able to hear some sound from the other guests but it should not be disruptive as the sound does not carry easily. Our home is an Adirondack atmosphere dream! From the moment you enter you melt into the logs, are intrigued by the wood and the dining area's chandelier. Each room has a unique quality to it, from the stone wood stove backdrop - to the awesome view from the Master and Bear Lake Bedrooms. Our Loft bedroom's Queen Bed is perfect for kids or adults. There is no denying where you are as you enjoy quiet time, read a book or sip on wine from the deck while you smell the Adirondack Air and listen to the quietness of being here! You are also welcome to bring an Air Mattress.

Close to many attractions and activities in the Lake George area and only a 3 minute ride to the center of Bolton and it's many shopping and culinary opportunities - you will cherish the time spent here! This 1 master bedroom 2 conjoining room home can sleep up to 6 guests. There is tons of outdoor space featuring a running brook in the back, bbq, gas fire-pit, wood fire-pit, corn hole and darts. The house is fully equipped with wi-fi, phone and cable.
