- "We are locals and we were so happy to get a second opportunity to stay at The Adelphi for our wedding anniversary. It's probably the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. We got a reservation at Salt and Char which was incredible. The waiter immediately brought over 2 glasses of champagne that were on the house for our anniversary. The room was beautiful. Very high tech with heated bathroom floors, a gorgeous, large tub and a window that looked onto Broadway. They sent up a complimentary dessert because they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The only down side I would say were the pillows. Really uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable so that was a slight bummer but nothing that was detrimental enough to ruin our night. Also, we parked in the complimentary lot behind the hotel for guests. There is some construction going on in that area. When we left the next morning our tire had a large construction staple in it which gave us a leak we had to get repaired when we got home. Just an unfortunate incident. Overall we had an incredible night on the town and stay in Saratoga thanks to the Adelphi. We really hope we can stay again next year. "

Free parking, we didn't have to use our vehicle all weekend, the whole of downtown was right outside our doors. One of the couples in our group loved it so much, they decided to stay one more night. The grounds are kept immaculate, there's a gas fire pit with a bunch of adirondack chairs around it for guests to use, the small selection for breakfast was nice. We mostly had coffee and a banana for trekking out into town for breakfast each day. Big parking lot. The building we were in was perfumed with some kind of lavender scent. It was too strong! Our room (23) was exceedingly small. Tiny closet, tiny bathroom which had no separation between bathroom floor and shower. It was all one tiled floor that slanted toward the shower drain. It was a bit difficult for 2 adults to coexist in that room while getting ready in the mornings, but we made it work. It was one of the more affordable places to stay, so I booked it knowing that the room was a small one. The owner, Joe, is a super nice guy, very friendly and helpful. Something happened with a false fire alarm overnight that kept us awake for a while before it got fixed and the next day there was a bottle of Prosecco and 2 glasses outside our door with a note of apology. Very classy. It's walking distance to town and even to SPAC, so it was definitely the right choice for us. We had a really nice 3 night stay."

Our Airbnb is a private room and bathroom with a kitchenette. Your own private entrance is to the right of our home’s front door. The door entrance is not visible from where you park in the driveway. (You must take the path on the left to find it once you are parked in the driveway)
To find your private entrance: park your car on the left hand side of our driveway. Pull up to where the front of your vehicle is near the first path on the left-hand side. Walk up the path to the left and you will see our front door. The door to your private entrance is to the right when facing the front door to our home.

The space
We have a large split-level home with a private yard and a 30X16' above ground oval pool with sundeck & plenty of seating. There is also a gas fire pit and large screen house for your use for those nice evenings. Enjoy the mornings with your coffee poolside or in the backyard while listening to the songbirds. This private suite is the entire lower level of our home with it's own private keyless entrance. It has one large bedroom with comfortable King Bed, 40" Roku TV, as well as a large closet, sleeper sofa and dresser for your use. In the adjoining room, there is a Queen Bed and a Queen Sofa Couch with inner spring mattress and Smart TV. Both TV's have Roku, Cable, and High Speed Internet, Air Conditioning, and more. There is a private full bathroom with a new walk-in shower as well as a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and pods, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, stove/oven, microwave and stove. Private off-street parking in our driveway. There are extra sheets and blankets if needed as well as bathroom and pool towels for your use. We will be available for any questions or help, but we will respect your privacy as well. This is a non-smoking home. We do not allow pets or parties while you are visiting unless given prior permission. PLEASE NOTE... there is an additional charge of $30/ night/guest over the number of 4 guests. If a service or emotional animal accompanies your party, please bring the appropriate paperwork stating such. There will not be an additional fee unless access cleaning is necessary. Non-service or emotional dogs are not allowed and if brought will incur an extra $250 fee. Thank you!

We offer a separate keyless entrance from our driveway where you may park your vehicle. You will receive the code the morning before check-in. We are close to gas stations, markets, liquor stores, restaurants, and the concert venue at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center(SPAC), as well as the Race Tracks, Racino and Downtown venues. Ballston Spa is a small historic Victorian Village just outside the city of Saratoga. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the 170-acre Nature Preserve just around the corner and our beautiful State Park just up the road.

Other things to note
Because of viral concerns, we are taking ample time to clean and disinfect all areas as well as leave additional cleaners in the space for your use. We also supply soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your use. PLEASE!!...nothing other than toilet paper to be flushed down the toilet and minimize grease down kitchen sink. There is a grinder pump on that level of the home and these things could hamper its use. Thank you!

Hello! We have a four bedroom center hall colonial home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just two miles from Broadway in Saratoga Springs. There are three brand new beds and beddings-two queen beds and one double bed. May rent one room (or one can rent two or three at once.) Share one and a half baths. Parking on street.

The space
We are three miles to SPAC and three miles to the Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Track. Also the flat track-trotters. Close to lakes for kayak rentals and paddle boards. Adirondack Park 30min drive north, and Lake George! Saratoga State park for picnics etc. two miles away.

There are one and a half baths to share. Keypad to enter front door. WiFi code available. Use of refrigerator is fine, but there is a mini fridge to use in dining room. Coffee/tea, fruits and such available.

This room is part of a larger carriage house, this studio is hotel-style with a private entrance and bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and restaurants are a short walk away! This private room is simple, cozy, and accomodating for your stay.
