The house has 6 rented bedrooms. Most of my guests are young professionals here for internships, medical residencies, or short-term jobs (usually for 2 or 3 months). The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.

PLEASE NOTE: This Howse is old, but it has been renovated and sometimes you can hear the noise from other rooms' stairs and squeaky floors

This room faces back, and it's quiet. It has an AC unit in the window and hot water heat. I gently ask that you turn the AC OFF when you leave the house for the day.

This house has 6 rented bedrooms, and most of my guests are in the city to work. Worcester isn’t exactly a vacation destination. I have a lot of travel nurses who stay here, as well as medical students in the city, for rotations.

If you feel comfortable enough to be in a shared living situation, I’m happy to have you here.

As I’ve noted in other sections of my listing description, there are no TVs in the house. If you bring a TV with you, then bring headphones. It’s keeping the space quiet for everyone, not restricting your activities.

The neighborhood is nice and is close to Clark University but the city of Worcester is becoming loud. You might hear noise sometimes.

While we acknowledge that the neighborhood may not be considered the best, it's important to note that we have been residing here for over 30 years without encountering any problems. It's also essential to mention that Worcester is a city, offering a diverse and urban environment. While it may not have the characteristics of a countryside setting, it provides a unique experience with its vibrant city life, cultural attractions, and proximity to various amenities.

Cozy room minimalist style, the recently renovated apartment has a European touch, with wooden floors and modern amenities. Very close to several restaurants and central places such as The Worcester Palladium, Polar Park, DCU Center near major universities such as Clark University and WPI. 12 minutes from UMass School of Medicine, 15 minutes from Tufts Veterinary School, 15 minutes from the Center for Mindfulness.

Other things to note
Note: Air conditioning is available only in the months when the outside temperature is constant during the day and night, as it is a window air conditioner, but we have a fan on the ceiling to cool the room during the day and heat the night. This usually happens in the month of May and at the end of summer in autumn. We do not have parking on the property, you will have to park on the street. We are located on a very busy street you may hear noise from cars. The apartment is shared, you will have your private room but you will have to share the common areas. Visitors are not allowed and parties are prohibited
