Welcome to this bright, spacious place with hardwood floors and plenty of sunlight. The highway is close & Boston is 40 min. It's easy to go to Boston/NYC/Montreal. Larger groups such as construction, marathoners are welcome. The driveway has 3 parking spots. I have a doctorate and do medical research. For social distancing, Since the pandemic the whole place is only available to one group including the bathroom and kitchen which are also not shared during the group's stay.

This place is within easy access to Boston being a mile from the highway (495). The accommodation is spacious and sunlit. There is a large walk-in closet in the bedroom and a small closet in the adjoining room.

Driving:
-If you're driving here on I-495 (either northbound or southbound), take exit 63-B (towards Southboro--this is the shortest route) and then immediately take a right on Felton street just before the Shell gas station/Dunkin Donuts and continue on Felton for a quarter mile past the Marriott Courtyard .
-I-90 (East/West) is within a short drive on I-495 South.
-Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
-In the Boston Metropolitan area, it is best to avoid driving during rush hour which is from 7 to 10AM (into Boston) and 3-7PM (away from Boston).
Public Transportation:
-There is a bus stop across from a 7-11 (5 minute walk from house) with service to Framingham commuter rail station (bus does not run on Sundays).
-This commuter rail will take you to Boston's South Station.
-There is a free bus shuttle (silver line) from and to Boston's Logan International airport to and from South Station.
Close by Stores/Entertainment:
-The Apex Entertainment center is within 1.5 miles of the house. This place has plenty of restaurants along with a bowling alley, a virtual reality park, a trampoline park, Planet fitness along with other entertainment options.
-There is a Walmart within a 7 minute driving distance.
-Starbucks coffee stores are also close by (there is one in the Apex Center).
-There are two convenience stores within 5 minutes walking distance.
-Gas station is located within a minute's drive.
-There is a mall in Marlborough within a 10-15 minute drive from the house (Solomon Pond Mall). This mall has various stores including Best Buy and Sears.
Also please note that because of medical reasons, no animals are allowed on the property.
This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There are banks close by with the closest located a quarter mile from the house. Groceries, Starbucks and restaurants are also close by. There is also a police substation across from the same 7-11 (5 min walk from the house).
Please note that no parties or events are allowed.
