- "This apartment was brand new, perfectly clean, and very well suited to the needs of one or two travelers. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed fully equipped to do so. The single car garage made parking easy and the apartment secure. The only awkward thing about the apartment was that the bathroom was on the upper floor while the bedroom was downstairs. There is a total of 5 cameras. Two are located at the building entrance, one in the front and one in the back entrance. The other is located on common area stairs of the building, one on the 1st floor. There is also one in the backyard right above the basement door pointing to the yard. Cameras are on and recording 24/7 during your reservation.

- "We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). Due to the warmth outside, the inside of the property left us sweating and extremely uncomfortable as the thermostat was left on heat and we could not change it as it was locked. Thankfully it was our last night and the previous days were so cold that it never became uncomfortable. Also, the upstairs occupants did not sleep at night the entire time we were there so we heard stomping at all hours. We ended up purchasing a fan to sleep with to help drown out the noise. Other than those two small issues, the property was perfect and had everything you could think of. Will stay here again if I find myself in the area."

My husband and I are founders of the HeartWell Institute - a nonprofit, urban retreat center that hosts diverse wellness workshops, retreats, trainings and classes. We seek to maintain a peaceful and positive environment so that all our guests feel relaxed and at home. The first floor of the house is dedicated to HeartWell and our programs. During your stay, we may be hosting programs/events. The second and third floors have beautiful rooms that are reserved for retreat or Airbnb guests.

Although the house is set approximately 150 feet back from Pleasant Street and on a hill, vehicle sounds can be heard.

This private room is on the third floor of the house and comes with a full-size bed and a twin size bed, comfy lounge chair, window AC, fresh linens and towels, and plenty of closet/bureau space. desk, and a full bathroom on this floor, which may be shared with guests from the other room (if occupied).

The bathroom has all the essentials you will need (shampoo, soap, toilet paper).

Upon registration, you will be given the entrance code for the backdoor entrance. Please use this entrance to come and go, as our clients and program guests typically use the front door entrance. The backdoor is also easier for unloading/loading and has direct access to the stairs. There is parking on both sides of the house and directly behind the house.

Since this is a large house, there may be other guests present during your stay. Please only access the following rooms: Your bedroom, the bathroom on your floor, the half bath on the first floor (if necessary) and the common sitting area on the second floor. Please note that you may be sharing a bathroom with other guests on your floor if those rooms are also booked.

We welcome you to free coffee and tea. Feel free to use the fridge/microwave in the kitchen or to eat. You can also use our plates, bowls, cups and utensils.

Our parking is located at the back of the house. To access it by GPS enter the address as 10 Biltmore Road, Worcester, MA

If there are no programs/events happening on the main level, you may use the dining room to eat as well. We also welcome you to sit outside at one our picnic tables (weather permitting).
