The guest bedroom doesn’t have a separate entrance, you’ll have access to your bedroom through the main entrance of the apartment. The bedroom has a mini fridge and coffee maker. We don't have kids and pets, it's a very peaceful place to stay. Our apartment is in a beautiful condo, in a quiet and cozy city. The bathroom is shared with us. If you want to use the microwave in the kitchen, feel free. We have a gym in the condo, which you can also access. There is a security camera facing the front door.

House on Church Street is a newly renovated apartment in a two family home which sits on a large corner lot. This second floor unit is addictively cheerful and bright, featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one tub, one standing shower).

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas range and microwave. It features quartz countertops and both a Keurig pod and regular drip coffee maker. If you like to cook, you will find it fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you will need. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Two bedrooms feature king beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and down comforters. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet while the other two bedrooms have large closets with drawers and hanging space. All rooms have blackout curtains.

Each bedroom has mini-split A/C and heat for individual temperature control. The common areas are all controlled by the thermostat near the main entrance door.

The unit has a gigabit fiber internet connection with two Wifi 6 access points. All bedrooms & the living room have Google smart TV's.

A lovely yard and garden is available to relax in and a gas grill is available.

Two entrances to the two family home are shared between the two units. (front and back doors) A stairway leads up to this second floor unit. Most doors have smart locks which can be unlocked by code or iOS devices.

3 off street parking spaces are available for occupants of the unit, one in the garage and two in the driveway. Additional guests/vehicles can park on street - weather permitting.

This home is in the heart of it all! You'll find restaurants, specialty shops, a butcher, barber shops, optical services, and even dental and insurance offices just steps away. Major conveniences like Starbucks, Walmart, and popular banks are also nearby. For added peace of mind, the police and fire stations are just a few blocks away. While being on the main street means a bit of noise, the unbeatable convenience more than makes up for it—you'll love living here!

The upstairs toilet flushes poorly, and the shower is sloooooow to drain - so we all ended up sharing the single downstairs bathroom. Overall though, the space was roomy and comfortable, and we were grateful to find somewhere that could accommodate five adults comfortably. I also did not receive any check in or check out instructions for our stay, so I was a bit nervous for that process…"

The space
The space is classy, cozy and bright. In a wonderful location to quaint downtown, conservation land, shopping and activities!

Guest access
Guests have access to their private apartment and by request the laundry machines. There are two flights of stairs to get up to the apartment.

Extra parking may be available upon request.

Please not that we do not have an oven, we have a 2 burner cooktop in the kitchenette area and some basic cooking essentials!

Enjoy the lake view from the dining room, living room and bedroom! There is a deck with a BBQ, full kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. For 2 guests only please. No parties or gatherings allowed. The beach / dock will be shared the the tenant below. Use of kayaks, paddleboard and canoe is allowed.
