This picturesque Inn lies in an ideal location in Southern Vermont. The Wilmington Inn is located along the Deerfield River, adjacent to the Valley Trail & minutes from Mount Snow. Our Inn is rich with history, but with modern amenities & personal traditional touches. Help us complete our puzzle of the week or enjoy a local beer in front of the fireplace enjoying a homemade treat. Our cozy & tranquil accommodations include a number of spacious rooms & suites designed for comfort & ease. We gladly welcome groups as well, ranging from a family reunion, corporate outing to weddings.

The property rental includes all guest rooms & public areas. As for meals, Breakfast is included daily. We can arrange caterers for other meals but our kitchen is not available for guest use. We also have a bar on-site available throughout your stay. Per VT State Law, guests can bring personal alcohol to be consumed in guest rooms only.

Minutes from the beautiful town of Wilmington. 15 Minutes from MT snow Skiing and 5 minutes to beautiful Wards beach at Lake Whitingham.

Guest will have access to own driveway and entrance. The home portion has a full-time residence so please be respectful of noise. This is not a party house but a quint home perfect for enjoying Vermont.

* - Primary renter must be 25 years old and over

*- Pets will be considered (Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/each up to 3-night stay. $150/each for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Chimney Hill includes a large luxurious queen bed, A/C (seasonal), cable HDTV with flat screen and HBO and a shower only bathroom. It is very quiet and private and is located in the Main House. Our "round room" is particularly spacious and enjoys great privacy as well as morning sun through the bay windows. The room also has a huge Sleep 2 Live (Kingsdown) King-sized sleigh bed and an overly wide whirlpool bath. It is located in the Main House on the second floor and includes a leather reclining reading chair. We are excited to introduce our newest room the Grey Lady Suite! The room is comprised of the entire 3rd floor of the main house. The Suite has a living room with pullout sofa, small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. Perfect for a couples getaway or family room. Please note there are 2 separate flights of stairs to access this room.
