RV lot space with full hookups 30/50 amp. You are able to bring your own rv, camper or 5th wheel and park it in the space available. It’s located in a small private campground space behind an RV dealership. You will be close to a main road that leads to one of the main highways that will take you to the buffalo downtown area and also 30 min from one of the wonders of the world, Niagara Falls.

The space
Welcome to Buffalo’s River Den! This rustic but cozy charmer features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, a microwave and a coffee machine. The dining area converts to a twin bed. The TV is mounted to the wall in the dining area. The full/queen size bed is forward the dining area. In the bathroom you will find a full length mirror, toilet, sink and shower. The flybridge has extra seating and is accessed with a ladder and shaded by a Bimini top. The deck is well lit and chairs are provided for outdoor seating.
Guest access
You will be allowed full access to the vessel but we do ask you do not touch any buttons, switches, controls or go underneath the deck to the engine or battery compartments. This is for the safety of our guests and the vessel.

6 miles from Six Flags Darien Lake. Perfect for concert stay! Half way between Buffalo & Rochester NY. 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. Camper is parked overlooking the pool & country hill side. The large master bed and separate living room space makes each area private for sleeping. It’s the ultimate in camping & the large queen loft bed is great fun for kids.
Games from my personal 100+ game collection are inside & ladder ball is outside.

Other things to note
If you have never stayed in a camper this is a great start. Camping is fun especially in a well equipped camper. Secrets to camping are that all the doors & drawers are latched differently so that they stay shut during travel. So opening them requires a lift first then pull. Toilets & showers are a bit different also. Toilet handles are usually connected to the toilet seat area & showers have on/off heads for water saving purposes called “camping shower”.
To help concert going guests, for a fee, drop off & pick up can be arranged prior to arrival if needed 😀
Early check in may also be requested at a fee of $10/hour up to 3 hours (noon) with prior approval to booking when available.
