Frontdesk did attempt to fix the wi-fi issues, and offered to move me to a different location for my final night, but by that point it wasn't worth moving to me. I would stay here again, but would confirm working wi-fi before settling in. The location is very central, though not the most walkable due to the freeways. Lots of sights and amenities and bars/restaurants a short drive away."

Finally at 2AM we connected with property staff, and they explained that the person who rented the room below didn’t know about the party (???) and they are now returning to stop it, which to me makes zero sense. Property staff never came, left it to the tenants below to deal with themselves. They turned off the music, but continued to loudly argue, yell and swear at each other past 3AM (we continued to hear everything). Stay here at your own risk."

We brought games to play and there was no table to play them on. So get a table and some regular chairs!! Plenty of space for parking our bikes inside. This is the first time I stayed in a loft so I was a little surprised what exactly that was. I think this is a fairly new loft, but I could see 10 years down the road the huge pipes that are about 15 feet up, but 5 feet below the ceiling would get coated in dust. Also the floor would never get clean, since it is not flat, it has huge gouges in the concrete"

The property had everything we wanted: comfortable bed, clean and well-stocked bathroom (shampoo, hair dryer, towels), refrigerator, Keurig, private garage (worth the fee in our opinion), and a comfortable couch. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean and quiet, with minimal outside street noise. Would stay here again." - "At first glance the location seemed questionable, on a street with warehouses and light industry. But this converted warehouse space was quiet and safe, and we found very close street parking (the owner does offer garage parking at a cost). Very minimalist modern interior but with everything you need (plus gratis Keurig coffee and a really nice bathroom). It was walkable to a really good restaurant within a few blocks, plus there is a CVS very close."

- "Nice area in downtown Pittsburg PA. It was roomy. Furniture was cheap but we understand why. " - "It was awful. We were unable to check into our initial room we booked due to "the key pad was offline", we got transferred to another room that had a non-working A/C unit so the room was miserably hot, the broken A/C unit was leaking water everywhere, the washer and dryer were randomly in the middle of the hallway, we had no towels or anything for us in the room, and the shower didn't even have a handle on it to turn it on. Support tried to transfer us to another unit a couple blocks away at midnight but there was no point and we felt unsafe just walking around downtown in the middle of the night with everything going on there. For staying only one night here I spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer support. Would never recommend this place to anyone. "

We are seasoned travelers staying in different locations over 20 times a year. CozySuites-William was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We arrived 30 minutes after our permitted check-in time and the unit wasn’t ready. Not only wasn’t it ready, there was piles of dirty towels and linen all over the floors, so getting to the room was challenging enough. Once we got there we wish we hadn’t. The door was not open, which was good because the lock didn’t work. The unit had a dirty mop on the floor with the bucket, several overflowing trash bags around the unit, left over food on the counter and fridge, dirty bed with old linens and dirty towels remained. Put bluntly, it was absolutely disgusting and obvious they didn’t prepare the unit. We get it, their housekeeping is terrible. We called the number provided which was in Arizona and they tried contacting the people onsite, we sent emails, messages thru the automated system and had their main office reaching out to them. We did not see anyone in the building, we had no one come to our unit, no one called or emailed us for nearly 2 hours. We drove 5 hours and waited by a unit until about 7:00 with our family u til we made other arrangements and left. No contact until almost 11:00 am the next day and it was asking how our check-in was. We were then told that the housekeeping cleaned the unit and we should be fine to stay there. More to the story.. Contact for more..."

My messages (about parking and about the WiFi) through the Expedia app didn't get responses, and the messages I received as emails from Expedia didn't show that my questions on the app had been read. When I tried to respond to the emails received during our stay (6/24 & 6/25), both links (for management and for Expedia) opened up to empty screens. "

- "Overall a great place to stay and you cannot beat the location for walking to the north shore, stadium and popular restaurants. " - "We were a bit nervous about this location because we don’t know Pittsburgh well. Plus, there was confusion in our accounts that we used to make the reservation. So, we squirmed a bit when we didn’t immediately get information to get into the flat. We got that just 30 minutes before the eligible time to enter and while we were in the road making it tough to access and be sure we had a place to land for the night. The structure is in the Golden Triangle, but the the immediate neighborhood is undoubtedly the worst of that section of the city. No coffee shop was very close. The apartment was small but clean and quiet. It’s a stretch to call it a suite, as there is no desk, sofa, or comfortable chair, although it has a galley kitchen. Sleepwise, the bed was queen-sized and the mattress was comfortable but the pillows were thin and no extra ones were available to ameliorate the condition.This induced a poor night’s sleep for us both. That said, the cost of a room-night was very reasonable. But I doubt we’d stay here again soon. It would have appealed to us more if we had a more limited budget rather than just pet-constrained."

The space
This large room is a part of a 3-bedroom apt. You have a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom. There are 2 additional housemates, and despite the shared spaces, you have a lot of privacy. The apt is equipped with central A/C. You can leave your belongings in the kitchen if you need to explore on your last day, and come back later to get your things.

Please, remember: after we check you in, and you have your keys for your room and the main entry door - you are free to come and go as you please. You will have access to WiFi and the kitchen, that has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, French press coffee maker, electric kettle, all of which you can use. There is always coffee, tea, sugar and dry coffee cream. For the bathroom we provide bath towels, some toiletries and a hair dryer.

This is an old house in a family neighborhood that has been split into a duplex. You’ll get a private entrance and private access to the backyard. A queen bed and twin loft in the bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room make this place a nice little stop for the family. Bring your furry friends; we’ve got bowls and a bed for them, too! It is an old house - not fancy or picture perfect - but it feels like home.

You’ll have access to free basement laundry and a large backyard with a swinging bench. There’s also a picnic table and chairs available to you.
