And it was my first time trying "Forgotten Taste Pierogies", I returned two more times during my stay. Note: The Moon Township location only offered takeout. The owners were great host/hostesses. They checked in with me a couple of times during my 12-day stay just to make sure I didn't need anything, etc. I would definitely stay here again."

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

The space
ONE ROOM STUDIO APARTMENT. Full kitchen includes stove, microwave, toaster oven, garbage disposal, refrigerator with freezer. Full-size washer/dryer . Full bathroom with tub/shower. Walk-in closet. There are about 10 steps down to the studio. 2 beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be a full bed by positioning bolsters and a foam topper. Park in front of the house please.

I also have a gazebo with a wood-burning fire table you can use. Please note: The main part of the house is a separate entrance. The front porch is shared space. You are welcome to sit on the front porch.

Other things to note
Park directly in front of house, or any space on street but there is street sweeping on Thursdays 8am-10am, The borough does ticket all cars parked on street Thursdays 8am-10am. You may park parallel by garage door in alley for those 2 hours.

The apartment is truly lovely and there’s only one other apartment in the building so it’s pretty private.

Two large bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a new queen mattress and new single bed. There’s also a living room, bath and an eat in kitchen.

Guest access
You will have the whole apartment to yourself, a private front door and front porch and a small screened in porch at the rear of the house where you can see the river!

Other things to note
NOTE: there is a train track about 50 yards away from the house. That said, the trains very rarely whistle as we are not near an intersection and we have white noise in both rooms. Personally, we don’t notice the trains and none of our guests have had any issues with sleeping!
