Clean quite apartment above the barn garage on a small family farm. Go for a nice walk through the fields down to a bubling brook. Only 3 miles from town, Indina PA. Indiana University and the local hospital are 3 miles away. Several quaint restaurants in town and 3 winerises within a 20 minute drive.

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

You can be assured that I do my best to make sure the space is clean. I adhere to the Airbnb standards of cleanliness. Wifi is on a separate network with its own password. Amenities include air conditioning and water cooler to fill water bottles and have instant hot water.
Located on a cul de sac. You easily access the trails in White's Woods-a 250 acre nature preserve- a few blocks away ( N 12th St has a parking area at the entrance)
There is also a folding table and 4 chairs so you can work, bring home your dinner or play games.

This is a walk up from the street entrance vestibule of our art gallery and espresso bar. Guests have sole use of the apartment. A complementary washer/dryer is shared with three other apartments. It is well insulated and therefore quiet, even with an occasional event in the gallery below. The gallery is a social hub of the downtown, and guests enjoy hanging out to talk and view work by 30 local artists on display.

As we were stocking this Airbnb, we kept calling it ‘Dan’s Old Apartment.’ My business partner said… “Are we always going to call this Dan’s old apartment?” That is how this apartment got its name! Dan is a contractor who does a lot of work for us. He used to live in this apartment. When he moved out, we decided to turn it into an Airbnb. Though it is called “Dan’s Old Apartment,” it is anything but old. Brand new beds, towels, even new carpet!
