You equally have access to laundry within the building and ample parking if you drive. There is also a fully equipped gym on the premises shared by other tenants.

The space
I am providing my guest room. It is a small room with a bed and a side table, with two lamps. It has an empty closet for your use, and there is a full bathroom opposite the room dedicated to the guest as well.
We get to share the living areas and the kitchen. I have most of what one might need to make coffee, tea, or extract juice if that is your preference. There are also enough pots and plates if you like cooking.

Guest access
You have access to your room/ bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room. If you want to use the gym, I will give you the key card. If you want to do laundry, you will need your card. I can provide detergents, color catchers, and dryer sheets

During your stay
I work from home most days, so you will likely meet me when you come. However, if you book your stay during one of my times away from home, no worries. There is a lock box at the door, and I will provide you with a code when you arrive.
If you would like to talk, I am here and if you want silence, I will receive you, show you around, and let you be. My hope is that every guest will enjoy their stay at my home.
