The property is a 7,500 sq ft estate sitting on 5 acers of green land with vista views that extend across a valley to the horizon.
The home can be used as a destination event property capable of servicing daily, weekly and longer-term rental accommodations.

The property is a hosted rental, equipped with two commercial grade kitchens capable of servicing events that include anything from wedding parties to corporate retreats as well as a weekend getaway.

The pool is closed during the winter. Please ask the host if the pool is available before assuming it is open for the summer season.

There is a paved pathway that goes around the side of our house to the basement apartment. It is well lit with sensor lights, however, it DOES NOT have a railing to hold on to for support. Please be very careful when using this path. Guest have access to a beautiful kitchenette, pool/billiards room, large open game room and sitting area to kick back and watch TV. The entrance is towards the backyard, but right off the side street and there will be a lockbox to get the keys from.
The entire apartment, private and completetly separated from the rest of the house, is made from an insulated material that keeps it cool during summer and cozy during winter, however we offer a portable AC unit in the bedroom and a portable fan in the living space for individual convenience.
We are nested in a lovely and secure neighborhood with plenty of walking trails and beautiful lakes and close Black Hill Regional Park.
Black Hill Regional Park has more than 2,000 acres of land for outdoor recreation and family gatherings, with spectacular views of Little Seneca Lake, where someone can rent a canoe, kayak, or rowboat from Black Hill Boats and explore the natural beauty of the lake by following the Black Hill Water Trail.
