My husband and I stayed for one night in this very attractive and spacious townhouse, conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The layout - the loft in the master suite is amazingly and we loved all the space in the house. The living room was very comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils. Nusrat left out a nice spread of treats and water! This was very appreciated!! The house was very clean and there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a good parking situation. The beds were comfortably, and we also appreciated access to laundry.This place had a great amount of space for that price. We will return again when we are in the Washington DC neighborhood or in Maryland. "

The unit is close to the city...we drove to red line Shady Grove and took the train to the city...easy access and there are also many food options within a 10-15 minute drive and Harris Teeter is just a hair over 2 miles to get what you need during your stay. A run, or bike, along paths by Patomic is super close by (near Bretton Woods...just Google satellite to see parking and how to get there). Great easy stay I recommend if you're doing something in the area."

- Please remember to return the parking permit upon checkout to receive your full refund.

We would definitely rent this house again.I had the impression that the owner is new to renting. Several kitchen amenities were missing or we didn’t see them. May I suggest: paper towel holder, dishwashing detergent, trash can liners, spatula, salad/mixing bowl, coffee maker. Also some kitchens have a few staples. We contributed: salt and pepper shakers, ketchup, cooking oil, syrup. Another suggestion would be a manual on how to operate the fireplace, power leather recline on sofas. Even the front door keypad lock was not intuitive. We figured out that you lock the door when leaving by pushing the lock/unlock button, entering the code, and then holding down the lock/unlock button until the deadbolt closes.Some users would appreciate a TV package that includes Fox News and ESPN."

- "I recently stayed at property ID# 3475121 and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues related to the host. Here are the main points of concern: 1.Communication: The host was unresponsive and difficult to reach. I sent several messages before and during my stay, but received no replies, which made it challenging to address issues that arose. When he replied he wanted to charge extra and never provided a refund from a night I did not used. 2.Cleanliness and Maintenance: The property was not clean upon arrival. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the sink, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, we had to do the checkin at 20hrs since there were people in the house at the time of checkin which it was a 16hrs. 3.Accuracy of Listing: The listing photos showed a well-maintained property, but the reality was different. The furniture was outdated and some items were damaged. The description mentioned a “fully equipped kitchen,” but several essential items were missing. In addition, not gym 4.Check-In/Check-Out Process: The check-in process was confusing. The instructions provided were unclear, and we had difficulty accessing the key. The check-out process was also problematic as the host did not provide clear instructions on where to leave the key. 5.Customer Service: When I finally managed to contact the host about the issues, their attitude was dismissive. They did not offer any solutions or compensation for the inconvenience."

Lower level private entrance to colonial home in Potomac MD. I have paddle boards and kayaks, and walking paths on the C&O Canal. Our backyard had been coined as a private oasis. Hard to pay to go away when this is paradise here. No visible lights. Tree frogs and cicadas chirping. It is very relaxing.

Unit can be furnished or unfurnished.

Free use of stand up paddle boards. Put in area is a mile away. Hot tub usage available.
