Welcoming and light-filled suite, on the bottom level of our home, with a lush garden entrance and small private yard. Only a 7 minutes walk to Bethesda metro which takes you downtown to Metro Center in 17 minutes. Easy access to Washington DC museums and monuments.

The south-facing ground-level backyard patio entrance is surrounded by flowers (in season) and mature trees. Inside, there is a living room with a large couch, an office area and reading nook, a kitchenette, a dining area, a very clean bathroom and a bedroom area with a new queen-sized bed.

- "Sometimes VRBOs are stale houses filled with cookie-cutter style and furniture––and this is NOT that. It is so clear that someone once lived in this space, and the style and quality of the place and furnishings reflect that. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfy. Everything was as good or better in person than it looked in the photos. The location is awesome. We think it would be reasonable to stay there without a car because it's not a bad walk to the metro station. I walked to a bakery, a coffee shop, and a restaurant from the place as well. Communication with the host was excellent. Maybe it's because we had a somewhat long stay, but she left some food and beverages for us upon our arrival. Much appreciated. The one negative for us was the parking situation. The parking space is behind the house, and you have to walk around the block to get to the entrance at the front of the house. Also, a couple of the doors were maybe a bit too big and would get stuck. But all in all, these things didn't put much of a damper on our experience. We could totally see ourselves staying there again."

- "Nice Stay" - "The apartment appeared just as the picture. Nice size and clean. The only con was the bed seemed smaller than a queen and it was really hard. Also the bleach smell from cleaning was a little overwhelming and I could have used a candle to mask the smell but was afraid to light it in fear of the smoke fee. Fantastic location! This is a private entrance apartment in my home just blocks from lovely downtown Bethesda, close to to NIH and Walter Reed, and easy access to DC by metro or scenic drive. Private entrance, bright views, beautiful artwork, and comfortable amenities make for a happy visit. Walk to Trader Joe's, shops and restaurants.

All linens, including comforter and bath mats, are washed for each guest. Every surface is wiped clean. Everything in the space is for the use of guests.
