(There is a coffee maker, but you will need to bring your own coffee.)

We have a rustic campground; no water or electric hook ups. Use for Private parties only. $10 a night per camper/tent. (For up to 4 people per camper/tent)

We have a pavilion with electric for $50.00 a day. Great for reunions, birthday parties, weddings, and cookouts.

Loft guests are welcome to use the fire pit and picnic area during their visit if it is not being used by other renters.

This is connected to another bedroom and bathroom, but will be locked from the other side and will not be rented ..

There is a Barbershop business on the first floor of the building. You will enter in the door to the left, which is a blue door 🚪you can see out, but you can't see in.. 135 turn and hold the lock and pull the door open. When you get to the top of the steps, the door on the right is the entry door and your door will be on the left door number one.

Other things to note
Free parking on the weekends anywhere in fairmont or downtown .paid meter parking during the week. If your stay is long there is a free space in the back of the building .just ask where to park.

Downtown Grafton the home of Mother's Day and the Mother's Day Shrine for an historical stay above the former JC Penny store. This fully furnished apartment is located on the back side of the building so it is very quiet but if you want some fun go outside and visit one of the coffee shops or do some shopping. Grafton has many events like street fairs, car shows, parades and First Friday of each month for special events and sales. You can also take advantage of fishing in Tygart River or lake

Your door will be on the left door number 1 .

If you are staying during the week, there is one spot you can park in the back of the building for free , it's the alley on the right before you get to the building .park in front of the air conditioners left side of the building when you get in the back of the alley . you will see a blue dumpster that is where you can take all your trash as well.
