Plus, it’s just a short stroll to Butler’s historic Main Street district.

Former office building newly renovated and currently it is being rented as short term stay studio apartments. Room 8 has a queen bed and basic furniture with a separate full shared bathroom across the hall. Though very private and quiet, it's also in a great location close to the interstate and directly next door to the largest Grocery chain in the area and many restaurants. There is a weekly or semi-weekly provided cleaning service for a nominal fee of $35 which would change bedding, clean bathroom and replenish toilet paper. Ideal for short term stay work assignments. This is a very unique building modeled after colonial Williamsburg architecture. The bricks were imported special from Virginia and it has a special history.

The space
Closed in porch overlooking the yard and golf course. Living room with plenty of seating, books, and games, well stocked kitchen with seating for four, private bath, two bedrooms, one with a queen, and one with a queen pyramid bed, with a bunk for a smaller a sized guest.

The space
Welcome to Suite Thyme — an eclectic second-floor apartment filled with charm, personality, and beautiful style, located on the second story.

You’ll sleep peacefully in two cozy queen beds (in one bedroom), plus there’s a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. The fully equipped modern kitchen is tucked into an open living/dining area, and the bathroom features a vintage clawfoot tub perfect for a relaxing soak. All just a short stroll from Butler’s historic Main Street district!

Enjoy this newly renovated cozy retreat in the borough of Kittanning! This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment loft is located 41 miles from Pittsburgh. The loft is above a dental office and across from the Armstrong Trail hence the name “Tooth and Trail.” It’s within walking distance to downtown Kittanning to restaurants, bars, shops and the Allegheny River. The loft is a non-smoking and pet-free environment.

The space
Located adjacent to ( and connected to if so desired for larger groups) our original “Tooth and Trail Loft,” (Unit B) it is a brand new renovation. This luxury loft has modern amenities you’ll surely enjoy including the waterfall feature kitchen sink, light-up faucet bathroom sink, shower night light, rain fall shower head, plant based shampoo, conditioner and body wash products and a liquid bar with selected coffees and teas. Washer and dryer are onsite. There are also two televisions and fireplaces ( one in the living room and one in the bedroom) with a kind size bed, for a cozy evening experience. The sectional sofa turns into an extra guest bed. WiFi and Ethernet connections are included.

The loft is located on the second floor of the building which requires you to walk up a normal flight of stairs. Please make sure you are physically able to walk up and down for we would not want our guests to be at risk of being injured. Thanks.

This historic loft has been converted to a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment located in the heart of downtown Kittanning. Just steps from the beautiful riverfront and the county courthouse, this is a perfect place to stay for business or pleasure.

The space
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is the center of this open concept loft, and flows beautifully to a well-furnished living room making this apartment great for hosting and enjoying the company. Complete with high-speed wifi & plenty of counter space, this is an excellent place for a business traveler to work & relax. The apartment is equipped with smart TVs in a bedroom and the living room.

The king master suite is complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom including a soaking tub and a massive rain shower. This is a perfect place to get ready for the big event that brought you to town.

The second bedroom, while it does not offer an ensuite bathroom, is also fitted with a comfortable king bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with modern finishes and a shower. There is also an in-unit washer & dryer.

Located on quaint South Jefferson street, we have amble street & off-street parking available for guests. There is one permitted off-street parking spot included for longer stays. There are plenty of food, drink & entertainment options, and an extensive list of food delivery options.
