Centrally located apartment along the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River. Spacious backyard with over 300 feet of river frontage. Easy access to Rt 22, less than 10 minutes from Huntingdon, Spruce Creek, and the Little Juniata River.

Located less than a mile from Route 22 and centrally located between Huntingdon/Tyrone and Altoona/State College. Minimal traffic with drive times being equal to miles traveled. (Our zip code is 16611 if you would like to map your drive). We have commuted for work to Altoona and State College, both are beautiful easy drives on I-99. We are on the edge of town, have a large yard with several hundred feet of river frontage. We live in house next door and are available anytime needed but also respect your privacy. The town is safe and nice for taking walks but there is also a popular 16.5 mile long riverside "rails-to-trails" known as Lower Trail a little over a mile away. There is one highly rated restaurant a block away and a local pizza and ice cream shop. Huntingdon is a larger town 7 miles away with additional dining options, grocery stores, gyms, etc.

This is the upstairs unit of a two unit house. Apartment has an open floor plan with spacious living room and kitchen with nice views of the yard leading to a river.
