This two bedroom apartment is new to short term rental. It has a glorious view of the mountains and the city of Elkins is located in a very peaceful neighborhood and is an easy walk down town. It has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen supplies. There’s a front deck by a nice garden to pick fresh food and herbs from, and a back deck overlooking the mountains and city.

The sunroom and screen porch would be great in warmer weather."

Cozy, funky 1950s 1 bedroom (upstairs) apartment, with free parking and private entrance! Warm wooden stairway, flooring & trim throughout. Sleeps 5 comfortably, but also one could utilize the top bunk and/or the futon folds down to make a small bed. For another larger bed, the futon can be scooched to fit a queen-sized (taller) self-inflating mattress. Extra linens/pillows are in the living-room closet.

The space
With two spacious bedrooms, a king and full size bed, a full size bath and laundry makes a perfect home away from home.

Both bedrooms include generous closets with hangers, a luggage stand and a chest of drawers for clothing storage. Each bedroom includes full-length mirrors, white noise machines and ceiling fans for your comfort. All bedrooms windows are furnished with blinds and blackout curtains for your privacy.

The kitchen has everything you need to get your day started with a stocked coffee station and prepare any meals. The coffee station includes k-cups, sweeteners, creamer and syrups to get your morning started. Also, available is a french press and a selection of tea bags.

This newly renovated first floor unit has entry access from the front and the back of the property, where there is off street parking. Just off of the living room includes a small eating area for your comfort.

You'll find a supply of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as well as make-up wipes for your comfort.

The washer and dryer that is located inside of the apartment is available to you for the duration of your stay, a small supply of detergent pods and dryer sheets await our guests. An iron and ironing board is on hand for you as well.

The kitchen is stocked with dish soap, dishwasher tablets and paper towels for stay.

Other things to note
Your parking spot is spot 6 in the Seneca Mall Parking. Nevertheless, most of the time it’s fine to park in front of the air b n b and you will not be ticketed. There is free parking at City Hall as well, if you have more than one vehicle. We will send you your access code once you arrive.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. View Graceland from your window. Restaurants, train and downtown shops within walking distance. Less than an hour from Canaan Valley and about an hour from Snowshoe Resort. Many outdoor adventures close by. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Blackwater Falls, Seneca Rocks, Rich Mountain Battlefield, Cheat and Tygart Valley Rivers, and Spruce Knob. Watch the Forest Festival parade from your window.
