Cabin is located across the river from the Monongahela National Forest where thousands of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails await you. Canoeing, fishing, hiking, mountain bike riding. It's all here, all that's missing is you.

This charming original chink log cabin, “River’s Edge” built in 1910, sits on almost an acre of riverfront property. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry room, large master bedroom, 2 fireplaces, free WiFi, modern TVs, DVD’s with DVD library. Sleeps 6. The large screened in front porch is superb for dining or reading a book. The property has a large deck overlooking the river, a spacious fire pit area, gas and charcoal grills, and a 6 person hot tub. - This listing is next to our 6 bedroom lodge. You will see people coming and going from there. This is not secluded away from people renting rooms there.

kick back and unwind. Our cabin sits on the edge of
Monongahela National Forest in the Allegheny
Mountains. The cabin features 2 bedroom with king

fireplace and small kitchenette. We are only 30 min.
from Canaan Valley, WV where you can spend a
fabulous day skiing, 5 minutes from downtown
Elkins, 5 min from the local swimming hole and
surrounded constantly by the beauty of West

What used to be a 1950's schoolhouse is now a beautifully-NEWLY renovated cabin in Revelle's River Resort...welcome to Rainbow 2! Just steps away from the Shaver's Fork River, guests have access to some of the area's greatest trout fishing. In the summertime when the water is high enough, we have tubes for rent. Bring the children and join in on our scheduled activities, which you can view on our website or in the camp store upon arrival. Enclosed porch with table and chairs(not heated for winter), shared hot tub with Rainbow 1 and 3, charcoal grill, firepit, picnic table, one queen bed, two sets of twin bunk beds, full kitchen and bathroom, window AC/strip heat, pellet stove (pellets provided) , cable TV and WiFi. Guests of Rainbow 2 also have access to our splash pad, camping store and more! Camp store/office is open business hours from April 1-November 1 for any questions or camping needs. Pet friendly: $30 per night/ per pet. PETS ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE APPROVED AT TIME OF BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS. After 4 guests: $12 per additional adult per night, $6 per additional child per night. Must be 21 years or older with valid ID. Please check into the office/store upon arrival to receive key. We will leave a map on the front office door for late arrivals and the cabin will be open and key inside. Please keep in mind we are in the middle of a large family campground so this is not private and there will be noise during the busy summer days. (quiet hours are 10pm). Rainbow 1, 2 and 3 have a large back yard that adjoins but you have a private grill, fire pit and table. Spring/summer/fall are our busier seasons, while winter is a bit more private. We are not close to public transportation. There may be an uber from Elkins if necessary (this is not certain).

The Cabins of Kelly Mountain is a great space to kick back and unwind. Our cabin sits on the edge of Monongahela National Forest in the Allegheny Mountains. The cabin features 1 bedroom with king size bed, and 1 bathroom w/ sauna, a gas log fireplace, and kitchenette. We are only 30 min. from Canaan Valley, WV where you can spend a fabulous day skiing, 5 minutes from downtown Elkins, 5 min from the local swimming hole and surrounded constantly by the beauty of West Virginia mountains.

It's important to know that there is nothing in the neighborhood, so it is a place to relax (like we wanted) or to sleep while travelling somewhere else. The fireplace listed is a gas one (not working at the moment), the TV didn't have any signal (I don't think anybody cares anymore, in 2024). I didn't like too much the mattress, too soft, but it is personal. Communication is fast and check in and out are easy. We definitely enjoyed our little vacation."

For the most part it was clean with everything you would need as a guest including coffee maker w coffee/sugar/cups, dorm frig, toiletries, towels. Its about 10 minutes outside of town. I would recommend getting to the Inn before dark as the road is windy with deer and to acclimate yourself to the surroundings before heading back into town for dinner. The sound of the river below was delightful. The splintered sunlight through the leaves at sunrise is also beautiful and if you get up early to take a drive you will see the mist rising from all the little valleys all around. This is a beautiful area of WV and a great, safe location to rest your head."
