The space
An open floor plan with lots of natural light and high ceilings! 2 large bedrooms with a queen size bed and full size bed, sleeping 4. The bedroom with the queen size bed has a corner desk set up for you to work if needed during your stay! The upper level loft area offers 2 additional twin beds, a powder room, walking pad, and peloton. A workstation may be available upon request. A queen air mattress is also available upon request. The eat in kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Keurig coffee maker is on site k cups. There is a front deck with views of the lake. Free parking is steps away.
Guest access
The space has its own entrance that goes straight up the stairs to the main level. The main level with the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living area is available to rent.
The space is overtop of a garage which is not for guest use and will be used by the owners. The owners will be mindful of the potential disruption to guests and use the garage door very minimally during guest stays.
*There is a loft area that has 2 additional twin sized beds available upon request and at a higher rate.
