Spanky's Mtn. Clubhouse is welcoming to families large and small. We have easy, level parking. Quiet location with great wooded views. If you're seeking a place that provides that vacation getaway with the comforts of home and more, then Spanky's Mtn. Clubhouse is the place. We do have an open concept floor plan that brings everyone together. Tasteful decor, we call it modern rustic. There's plenty of room for families to gather in the living room, dining room, kitchen family room or one of our 3 decks, Two beautiful gas fireplaces on each level with large HD Smart TV. We have Amazon Firesticks on all 3 TVs, plus a Live TV Youtube subscription. Our wireless internet is super fast! The dining room table has seating for 6, while the kitchen has bar seating for 3. The kitchen has hickory cabinetry, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and electric range. Nicely equipped with 2 coffeemakers, blender, 4 slice toaster, great cookware and a waffle maker! The chef in the family will love our kitchen!

There are two bedrooms on the upper level, one being the Master bedroom. It has a King bed and HD Smart TV, pine dresser, and side table. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and red cedar furnishings. There is full bathroom on the upper level with double sinks. On the lower level, you will find our spacious laundry room that has a large capacity washer and dryer, laundry detergents, microwave, refrigerator, and complementary Water Park / Pool towels for our guests to use. A lovely 2nd full bathroom is located on the lower level. The 3rd bedroom, located on the lower level, wood bunk beds and a full size futon. One of many highlights is our large family room that's also located on the lower level. It has a sectional sofa sleeper with a full size memory foam mattress. It has a HD Smart TV, a Blu-ray player, DVD/VHS player, CD Bluetooth stereo system w, built-in book shelving loaded with popular books as well as kids books, movies and board games. We have 5 REAL arcade games with hundreds of games to choose from. All are set up for free play! We also have a full size foosball table.

There's a walk out to the lower back deck that features a Amish made porch swing. The upper deck has a WEBER gas grill. The outdoor furniture provides ample seating on the upper and lower decks. Our decks give great views of the forest and wildlife surrounding this home. The house was close to snow sking, ice skating and all the other attractions in the area and not to far from the caverns. The owner did a great job preparing this house for thier renters and all you will need to bring is clothes for your activites, because everything else is there. All we had to supply was food and drinks for the week. My boys loved the basement with the arcade and did not want to leave this house and the end of our stay "

This house provides three floors of vacation living topped with a Crow’s Nest with panoramic views of the Massanutten and Blue Ridge Mountains.

Enter in on the main level into a great room with two complete walls of windows to enjoy the forest in privacy with green space on three sides. There you will find the family room w/fireplace, a large flat screen TV and DVD player that can be seen from everywhere including the dining area and fully furnished kitchen (granite and stainless steel appliances) and a bar with 3 barstools. also dining area with a table that seats 8. The hallway off of family room has a large bathroom with a tub shower combo and double sinks and a stackable washer/dryer laundry room off of it. Next down hall is two bedrooms one with twin over double bunk bed and the other bedroom a queen bed.

Take the steps up to the second floor to a fabulous master bedroom suite . It has lovely wood furniture a queen bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and a large master bath with a walk in shower and a Jacuzzi Tub with windows to relax and enjoy the views. It has a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the Crow’s Nest where you can enjoy your coffee, read, meditate and most of all relax.

Then, there is the basement with family/game room with large flat-screen TV, lots of seating and a regulation sized foosball table. There is a bedroom next to this with king bed and dresser that has a 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the covered deck. Next to this is another bedroom with a queen bed with sliding glass doors to the deck. There is a lovely, newly-renovated bathroom with a tub shower combo for all in the basement to share. There is a second full laundry room.

There is 2 levels of covered deck for you to enjoy with a spiral staircase between levels and heated spa for 6 on upper deck also there is large propane grill and patio furniture to set in and enjoy the beautiful outdoors!

This home is one of the most uniquely beautiful homes in the Massanutten Resort area and everyone who has stayed here has loved it. It is very close to many of the activities and amenities.

We provide linens/ pillows for all the beds. They will be made and ready for you when you arrive.

In the summer, we provide a Guest Pass so that our visitors can use the private Owners Swimming Pool complex in the resort - minutes away. (Guest staying at any rental home in the resort are charged a daily user fee at the pool even with the pass.)

We gave the huge master suite to the daughter's family with a newborn, which allowed them the privacy they needed for getting up during the night without disturbing anyone else. The location allowed family members access to the water park, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, seeing Luray caverns, visiting a lavender farm and a llama/alpaca farm, enjoying local pottery and being able to find foods we could cook for ourselves on the grill or in the kitchen. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.

This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Fires are strictly prohibited at this property. You are not allowed to build a campfire or use a firepit/barrel - A minimum fine of $700 will be assessed to cover local fines, as well as any direct damage/cleanup expenses will be billed back.
This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.)
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Turn off all lights when leaving the property.

Interior locked closets are off limits to guests.
Only registered guests are to be in the house.
Leave the doors and windows closed if the heat or AC is in use.

There is a Ring Doorbell Camera that records audio and video based on movement and a ring spotlight camera over the garage to record the driveway/lower level door.

Pet Rules:
- We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken.
- Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
- Must be crated when in the house alone.
- Stay off all furniture.
- Must have advance notice of pet on property.
- Can not be left alone outside.

There clearly is a pet that stays that affected some family and children's allergies. Found some kitchen utensils to not be fully clean but other then that. This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its
rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term
rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-
time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their
retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our
private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any
time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood
roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has
told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road,
overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.

property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract
