The cabin is within walking distance of various shops and restaurants in historic Fayetteville. There are many activities in the area: white water rafting, zip lining, rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking. In the winter, Winterplace Ski area is about 40 minutes away and there are various areas in the vicinity of the cabin to cross country ski. Right out the front door of the cabin, hiking trails are accessible leading to Wolf Creek, Long Point (3mi) and Kaymoor (2 mi).

A minimum of two (2) night stay is required - $250/night with holiday rate of $300/night

- "The Kaymoor house is located within a beautiful, wooded development just north of Fayetteville. Our GPS was a little off, so pay close attention to the community signs in front of each property if you arrive in the dark. Once you have found it, it won't be a problem. A quick 5 minute drive to Fayetteville or the New River Gorge Visitor Center, the location could hardly be more convenient. The home itself is spacious and lovely. A great family destination. The master suite is very nice although an upgrade on the mattress would be appreciated. The location is at the north end of the national park and there are many activities nearby. The central and southern portions of the park would require a drive and a bit of planning ahead. We loved it!"

Beautiful stone lodge with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bath downstairs. The house was completely remodeled in 2012/2013. Amenities include hardwood and tile floors, granite counter tops, gas log fireplaces, large covered porches on front and back, pool table in finished basement. The area is secluded with beautiful mountain views, yet within walking distance of many area attractions. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and master bath, two bedrooms with twin beds upstairs share a second bath. A bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a full bath is located in the lower level. The living room has a queen size pull out couch and the basement has a queen size futon. The property contains a stone fire pit and horseshoe court. Many of the restaurants and pubs in town are within a 20 to 30 minute walking distance. The national park boundary and New River Gorge bridge are less than 2 miles away.

- "I must say the Ramsey stone lodge has everything you need in a VRBO rental . Having used VRBO here in the U.S. and abroad multiple times this property is as I said perfect . One of things that was impressive about the home was the many cooking utensils that were available including multiple cookie sheets. The house was very clean which I think everyone appreciates in a rental. Nice towels in bathrooms , bedding even the bunk beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom and shower downstairs was super convenient for the five guys that stayed down there . Bunk beds and queen futon are downstairs. When it rained briefly we shifted gears from cornhole to playing pool in the basement, nice table and just a great setup!!!! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how kind and helpful Bill & Sally were to help make our trip one for the memories!!! The lodge is so perfectly located if you want to go rafting or zip lining there are two of the bigger outfitters just a short drive away!!! The rental is brand new and we felt like we were staying at a luxury resort with the full kitchen, living area, and lofted bedroom. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit as well. The homemade soap and lotion were a great touch too. Hosts were very kind and communicative. If we visit the area again we will stay here."

Top of the Hill is located a little over a mile from the courthouse in downtown Fayetteville, West Virginia. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin features 2 queen size beds and one queen sized sleeper sofa. We also have two twin sized sleeping mats for additional sleeping space in the loft. The cabin will comfortably sleep 6-8 guest. The cabin features hardwood and tile throughout, and a full kitchen. There is a Keurig available to use (K cups not provided). The cabin features a washer and dryer for the use of our guest. Outside there is a large patio, picnic table, charcoal grill, fire ring, and porch for your enjoyment.

The cabin is located across the street from Cantrell Ultimate Rafting’s base camp. With a minimum two night stay at The Top of the Hill Cabin during the 2023 season, Cantrell Rafting will offer cabin guests a $109 Double run on the Lower New River. Double the whitewater with lunch! Ages 10 and up. This super discounted price is available 7 days a week from May-August (not valid in October). During Gauley Season we are offering a Thursday special this year. Cabin rental on Thursday night for $175 plus tax, cleaning fee, and a Friday morning Lower Gauley trip for $99/person (4 person minimum), or Upper Gauley for $119/person.

The cabin can only be accessed with a 4WD vehicle as it is at the top of a very steep driveway. The cabin is conveniently located to many of Fayette County’s recreation opportunities including climbing, hiking, and rafting.

The cabin is about 1.3 miles from the Long Point trail head, a 1.6 mile trail to an amazing overlook of the New River Gorge Bridge.

The Arrowhead bike trails are just under 3 miles from the cabin offering over 12 miles of mountain bike tails.

The New River Gorge Bridge is 2.8 miles from our door.

The New River Gorge Preserve is a private, gated community tucked in the forest, full of trails and overlooks, just minutes from downtown Fayetteville.

Our home was completed in the summer of 2020 and has 3500 square feet with an open floor plan to accommodate large groups or families.

A matching tree house with rock-climbing wall and swing sit in backyard. A fire pit with string lights sits on the side of the house. I do my best to make sure there is always fire wood.

A huge wrap-around porch is the perfect place to relax, eat or use it as a race track on rainy days (like my kids do).

A new electric vehicle (EV) charging station allows you to have a full charge for your drive home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, appliances, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Coffee and (10) k-cups supplied.

Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers.

A closet near the dining room includes: a high chair, booster seat, hiking carrier, pack n play, sound machine, blow-up mattress, baby gate and bed bumpers.

Unwind in this lovely little cabin, Willow Ridge Cottage. This cabin accommodates 4 people, with 1 bdr on the main floor with a queen bed, and a loft that has two twin beds. You will have 1.5 bathrooms with all the essentials, including bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. You will also have a limited supply of toilet tissue. Enjoy convenient amenities like WiFi and washing and drying machine. A pleasant retreat for guests looking to relax and recharge in a peaceful setting.
We have taken a lot of pride in building this new structure, completed in the fall of 2024. This cabin has a fully functional kitchen, with all new appliances, beautiful hardwood floors, wood walls, and beautiful live edge vanities. We believe you will be able to rest and make wonderful memories while exploring our little neck of the woods. The stairs, although not a ladder, are steeper than normal stairs. The treads are very unique and have live edge, so the widths are different on each tread.
External security cameras on property. The property is equipped with ring doorbells which records audio and video upon motion for security. The are focused on the driveway, parking area, and walkway.

Our clean & cozy cabins were built a few years ago in a private wooded area. Central location *4 minutes north of the New River *. Near ALL activities, rock climb areas, & 15 min to Gauley River/Summersville Lake. Cabins are furnished, full baths, kitchenette & sleep up to 8 ( 6 twin beds on 2nd floor & 2 twin beds in a common area (all push together for a King). Also heat/AC. Each cabin has 2 twin beds in a common area on the first floor, and 6 twin beds upstairs. The pictures show that the twin beds can be pushed together and made into a king, or can be separate and put in an L shape to make more room. 1st floor: 14 X 20 2nd floor: 20 X 20 The beds have regular home mattresses on a wooden bed. These are NOT cots.

The second floor is not a loft. ******All the beds are in one room. There are not separate bedrooms upstairs.******

There is a kitchenette area with a two-burner electric stove top built in, microwave, coffee maker, and a kitchen-size refrigerator/freezer. We supply: 2 small pots, 1 small fry pan, plastic silverware, paper plates, bowls, cups, paper towels, dish soap, coffee cups, can of coffee, coffee filters, dish soap, utensils ******but you may want to bring your own utensils to cook with - not always guaranteed to be in the cabins**** You may also want to bring lawn chairs as well. I do not provide them.

There is a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. We supply all bathroom towels, liquid hand soap and toilet paper.

Cabins are air-conditioned/heated. We always stock our cabins with all bed linens, and the bathroom has towels, hand soap, and toilet paper.

There is a small television but NO satellite, cable or local stations. Feel free to bring your own DVD player, games, etc. and cords. We do not supply cords for your devices. We have free wifi, however due to VERY limited wifi service in the *entire* New River Gorge area, the wifi is not good for streaming and is VERY basic. Please ask any questions you have prior to booking about the wifi or anything else.

Outside, each cabin has their own picnic table, fire ring, a covered porch with benches, and plenty of parking. You can cook on your fire ring and later push aside the grate to sit around the fire. Guests have access to the parking lot and the yards behind the cabins. Feel free to bring a Frisbee! You may want to bring your own lawn chairs to sit around the fire, as I **do not** provide them.

We currently require two night stays, but please message us if you are looking for only one night. Our intention is to be affordable and work with your schedule. If the price you see for the dates you want is not available, please message us and let us know what would work for you so we can try to accommodate you. Thanks!

**PLEASE NOTE** Our general area has a few food delivery services. However, most restaurants will also have carry outs available for you to pick up. Also our guests have ordered groceries at our local Walmart for pick up. This is very handy for groups.

Prívate-single story cabin that sleeps between 8-10 guests. Located on mainly wooded 4.5 acres with a stream that runs alongside the home. We’re a 10 minute drive to the NRG bridge, 7 minute drive into the heart of Fayetteville, 20 minutes away from Hawks Nest State Park, 20 minutes from Cathedral Falls, and 25 minutes from Summersville Lake. The bungalow is a recently renovated single story home tucked back at the back of a private drive. Guests have access to private woods, a stream, a field, fire pit, charcoal grill, two decks, and a covered front porch. There are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. A brand new addition is an amazing outdoor shower with hot water and with a view of the woods.

If traveling with children we do have a pack n play, high chair, child friendly cups/plates, and baby bathtub, electric outlet plugs available. We welcome pets as long as it is communicated in advanced. We have Wifi available and the cell service in our area is good.

We are located right outside of the city limits of Fayetteville on Route 16. A 7 minute drive to the center of Fayetteville, a 10 minute drive to the NRG bridge/National Park entrance, 16 minutes to Hawks Nest State park, and 15 minutes from Cathedral Falls. Close to Grandview and Sandstone Parks.

There is a small television but NO satellite, cable or local stations. Feel free to bring your own DVD player, games, etc. and cords. We do not supply cords for your devices. We have free wifi, however due to VERY limited wifi service in the *entire* New River Gorge area, the wifi is not good for streaming and is VERY basic. Please ask any questions you have prior to booking about the wifi or anything else.

Outside, each cabin has their own picnic table, fire ring, a covered porch with benches, and plenty of parking. You can cook on your fire ring and later push aside the grate to sit around the fire. Guests have access to the parking lot and the yards behind the cabins. Feel free to bring a Frisbee! You may want to bring your own lawn chairs to sit around the fire, as I **do not** provide them.

We currently require two night stays, but please message us if you are looking for only one night. Our intention is to be affordable and work with your schedule. If the price you see for the dates you want is not available, please message us and let us know what would work for you so we can try to accommodate you. Thanks!

**PLEASE NOTE** Our general area has a few food delivery services. However, most restaurants will also have carry outs available for you to pick up. Also our guests have ordered groceries at our local Walmart for pick up. This is very handy for groups.

The space
This cozy home accommodates up to 7 people, featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Step outside to a spacious deck and a picturesque backyard, perfect for unwinding.

Situated on 2.5 acres, Laurel Creek Cabin offers plenty of amenities and privacy, yet is only 7 minutes to downtown Fayetteville and 10-15 minutes to almost all of the rafting/adventure/guided fishing companies, hiking & biking trails, rock climbing, and wherever your adventure takes you!

The space
Cozy, yet plenty of places to lounge around: living room, sitting area, front porch, back deck/fire pit/pool/hot tub, fire pit by stream, dining room and two bedrooms. Central AC/heat. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, coffee/coffee maker, cooking supplies, and washer and dryer with laundry supplies provided. Propane for grill and fire pit on pool deck provided. Firewood provided by fire pit by stream. Bathroom has a toilet and sink and a separate room with a shower/spa tub and sink, so anyone can use the toilet while someone is showering. The shower has a Bluetooth speaker system to listen to the music on your phone, a rain shower, a detachable shower head, and the tub has spa jets. Plenty of free parking. Wifi, Netflix and Hulu available. Large front yard, fenced in back yard, and also a large, open back yard behind fenced area. House trained four-legged friends welcome!

*Dogs - chances are you will meet Rusty, the neighbor's brown Doberman puppy, and Betty White, their goldendoodle, during your stay. They are friendly and usually come over to see if our dog, Titus, (or any dog for that matter) is available to play. For this reason, if your dog(s) are aggressive with other dogs, we do not recommend booking here.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming in the pool and/or soaking in the hot tub and hold owner harmless. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the pool, hot tub and surrounding area. Escape to “Laurel Creek Oasis,” a very private and tranquil retreat, just 3.5 miles from the New River Gorge Bridge and downtown Fayetteville.

The space
It is private and peaceful at our cabin. The neighbors you are likely to see the most, are the cows from the farm across the creek.

End your day of outdoor activities soaking in the hot tub, and enjoy your morning tea or coffee while taking in the view of beautiful Laurel Creek from your private deck. Cozy up by the indoor gas fireplace and put on a record, or roast marshmallows in the outdoor fire ring.

On clear nights the stargazing is fantastic. Often, you can even see the Milky Way! You may well see heron and mink in the creek, or foxes, black bears, and other wildlife nearby. It truly is “almost heaven.”

It is also definitely “wild and wonderful” at the cabin. The property is located down a hollow in rural, southern West Virginia, which means VISITORS MAY ENCOUNTER HAZARDS such as stinging insects, woodland critters, and potential power outages if severe storms/high winds occur locally during your stay.

The Greenbrier is our biggest cabin on the property. Walk into the spacious kitchen, dining and living area. It has a fireplace for the winter to enjoy and a nice back porch with a swing to enjoy in the summer. We are located 2.3 miles from the New River Gorge Bridge.

The Red Star Cabin is located in the New River Preserve, a gated neighborhood 5 minutes from the New River Bridge and the town of Fayetteville. With many beds and convertible couches, this home is perfect for families and large groups.

The Redstar cabin has 4 bedrooms, a loft with card table, open kitchen with dining and living room, and a large recreation room with pool table and couches.

In addition to the entire home, guests have access to the private neighborhood trails and gorge overlook. The neighborhood overlook has an amazing view of the bridge.

Enjoy your visit to the New River Gorge Park and Preserve by staying at this luxury log cabin in the woods. This recently purchased cabin is located south of downtown Fayetteville but convenient to all recreational activities. The cabin boasts a cathedral ceiling in the living room with lots of windows letting in the evening light. The wrap around porch provides ample seating to enjoy the environment. An outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit allow you to keep warm on spring and fall nights.

The New River Gorge Preserve is a gated community full of trails and a private overlook of the New River Gorge Bridge.

Downtown Fayetteville (America's Coolest Small Town) is ~5 minutes away. Adventures on the Gorge and all other outfitters are less than 10 minutes away. ACE is ~15.

Built in 2020, the cabin has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling and is spacious enough to accommodate large groups or families.

Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster and knife block. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.

Dining Area: Handmade live edge dining table with 2 chairs and 2 live edge benches.
