- "The property was just as we expected. We were a group of 8 (2 familys of 4) planning to ski and snowboard. Each family had a floor to ourselves with plenty of room. Access to the slopes was excellent regardless of skill level. Beginners could easily walk to the learning area and more experienced could quickly get to lifts going to 3 different areas of the resort. Property was clean and furnished to suite our needs and expectations. The stairs were more than we would have cared for but all of the other rentals there were the same or worse when it came to having to climb. Planning to stay there again next trip."

This 3 level chalet offers over 3,000 square feet of well maintained, ski in ski out, lodging at Winterplace ski resort. It is also an easy 40 minute (highway) drive to the New River Gorge National Park (hiking, biking, climbing, rafting, ziplining, etc)

This is a great set up for large groups or multi family groups looking for open comfortable space with great access to the slopes and beautiful views. This house is also an easy 40 minute drive from the New River Gorge recreational area - whitewater rafting, climbing, biking.

This property is located right alongside one of the beginner ski runs close to a chairlift. Winterplace offers 27 trails, nine lifts (two quads) a snow tubing park and night skiing until 10:00 PM.

The Cabin at Winterplace is split into 3 quarters, 2 sleeping quarters, and 1 kitchen and dining quarter. Each sleeping quarter houses 12 twin bunks, along with it's own restroom consisting of two toilets, two sinks, and one shower. The kitchen/dining area consists of a full kitchen, a large dining table, a seating area, and a restroom with two toilets, two sinks, and a washer and dryer.

Guests will be able to access the kitchen/dining quarter and one sleeping quarter for the basic nightly rate. The additional sleeping quarter can be rented for $99 per night. Both sleeping quarters can sleep 12 each for a total of 24 people.
