“Rocky Meadows" is our home my husband and I now use for short term vacation rental. "Rocky Meadows" is close to 221 but has a feeling of seclusion. Sits on 3 acres, no other houses visible. There are two bedrooms, a queen-size bed in one and a bunk that has a full-size bottom bed with a twin in the upper. The great room was designed with family time in mind. The covered back deck has a patio table chairs and gas grill for outdoor entertaining. We have a full basement that is pretty much empty except for the washer and dryer. Designed and built by the owners this simple cabin utilizes many re-purposed materials. The floors are oak drawer fronts that were free and obtained from a cabinet shop that closed. The walls and ceilings are finished yellow pine, the window and door casings have Sweet Gum boards. All of these boards were cut off the property then dried and milled.

- THE FIREPLACE IS DECORATIVE ONLY!
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs 15lb or under with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Thank you for not requesting an exception to the number or size of permitted dogs!

The cabin is centrally located in the Wilson Creek area between Blowing Rock and Linville - just ~20-25 minutes to each. Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are both a quick 10 to 15-minute drive, with tons of world-class hiking, fishing, camping, swimming, and skiing close by. Venture into Boone (~30 mins) for a visit to Kidd Brewer Stadium or a stroll down King Street; ride the Alpine Coaster (~25 mins); hike Profile Trail (~25 mins); ski at Sugar Mountain (~30 mins); or check out one (…or three) of the nearby wineries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook up a large family meal for 4 including a blender, mixer, crock pot and a large, deep sink with sprayer faucet. Utilize the drop-leaf kitchen island for additional prep/service space. The refrigerator/freezer has an automatic ice maker but no filtered water dispenser – the tap water (from a well) is perfectly fine to drink and is some of the best tasting filtered mountain water you can get.

*Note* there is no garbage disposal and the cabin is on a septic system, so please don’t dump food or grease down the drain!

BEDROOM
Sleep off the day of exploring in the King bed with a comfortable, thick duvet (lighter quilt available in the summer months) and blackout curtains. A second HDTV equipped with Roku is in the bedroom. The spacious walk-in closet offers storage for all your luggage, jackets, and outdoor gear.

BATHROOM
The bathroom, which is detached from the bedroom, offers a large walk-in shower and bench seat (no tub) with all the basic amenities you’ll need throughout your stay.

LAUNDRY
Connecting the bedroom and bathroom is a small hallway with full-sized washer and dryer and a few laundry pods to get you started.

WIFI/CELL SERVICE
Cell signal is generally strong inside the cabin thanks to the signal booster, but can be unreliable in the surrounding areas. The home is equipped with Starlink high-speed satellite internet offering speeds of up to 100+ mbps. Remote work or streaming should be no issue, however please note: we are in the mountains after all, and you may experience rare but short intermittent outages from time to time.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Sit on the covered porch and enjoy a mountain thunderstorm, hang out in the bistro area, or venture to the fire pit for some smores.

Time Well Wasted is a charming 2BR/2BA cabin nestled amongst mature hardwood trees on a large property, with layered mountain views, just above 4500' in elevation. It is located on a quiet residential street on Appalachian Ski Mountain in Blowing Rock, less than 3 miles from downtown, only 1 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and less than 2 miles from the ski slopes, ice skating, snow tubing, and main lodge at the Appalachian Ski Mountain resort. Time Well Wasted is an ideally-located vacation cabin with actual year-round relevance - Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter!

Easy access to and into the cabin is a plus, thanks to the paved driveway and parking for two (2) vehicles, just three steps below the convenient main-level entry door.

The main level features an open concept floor plan anchored by its open living room with vaulted ceilings, gas log fireplace, HD Smart TV, and comfy designer furniture. The well-outfitted kitchen with granite countertops, and adjacent dining table, makes preparing and serving meals easy and fun. There is a Queen bedroom with an HDTV on the main level and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

Walk out to the extended covered porch from the living room on the "view" side of the cabin, and enjoy year-round, all-weather outdoor comfort while taking in the layered mountaintop views! The covered porch gives way to a large open-air side deck with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and more comfy outdoor seating.

The upper level boasts the master bedroom suite, with a King bed, HD Smart TV, and a private ensuite full bathroom. The mountain views from the master bedroom are excellent. The cozy loft at the top of the stairs provides a workstation with a desk, from which guests can stay connected with work and life back home.

WiFi internet and Satellite TV programming on 3 HDTVs, 2 of which also offer Smart TV options, will keep you connected and entertained on those "inside weather" days and nights. There is also a Washer and Dryer for guest use. Between the central heating and the gas fireplace, warmth will never be an issue. There is no air conditioning at Time Well Wasted. At over 4500 feet in elevation, open to the cool mountain top breezes but not fully exposed to the hot afternoon sun, the temperatures will likely never get above the 70s, making air conditioning a non-necessity.

PLEASE NOTE - It is important to the owners and the neighbors that guests understand Time Well Wasted is in a quiet residential community with many year-round residents. The strict 10 PM quiet time for the community is strictly enforced. Sound does travel further in the thin air and rocky terrain of the mountains, so even unintended noise from the decks can travel and reverberate much more than many guests realize. WITH A MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS HERE, we don't expect any issues, but please honor the community's sanctity and help us reinforce the truth that not all vacationers are noisy or rowdy.

** No more than TWO (2) VEHICLES can be parked at the cabin during any booking. The cabin is a small 2BR that hosts a maximum of 4 guests, and the driveway is not big enough to accommodate more than 2 vehicles. Limit your visit to two vehicles max. If you must have a third vehicle, please coordinate offsite parking with CCR or on your own.

*** There is no AC (air conditioning) at this cabin. It sits at over 4500 feet in elevation, and typically the owners use it themselves most summers. The temperatures rarely get above the mid-70s at Time Well Wasted, and the cool mountain cross-breezes help keep the temperatures lower.

Welcome to Carolina Wren Cottage! Named for a charming local songbird, this property is located in the new High Hemlock community 15 minutes from Main Street Blowing Rock, and is surrounded by trees providing a calming setting. Perfect for a mountain getaway with friends or family!

Please note that as of mid-May 2024, there are 2 new homes being built on this street, including one on the lot immediately next door. Construction noises may be heard Mon-Sat during daylight hours.

Upon entering Carolina Wren Cottage you will be greeted with a lovely open floor plan between the two bedrooms, living room and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with 4 leather recliners, a gas-log fireplace and a flat screen TV above. The kitchen has a spacious feel and offers brand new appliances, granite counters, and a Keurig coffee maker for all the coffee lovers out there! Pops of color throughout the cabin are sure to bring a smile to everyone's face.

There are two bedroom suites here. The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom at the other end of the cabin is nearly identical with a Queen bed, flat screen TV and also has it's own full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. As an added luxury element, both bathrooms have heated floors.

Step outside onto the back deck to enjoy a cool evening, and enjoy a dip in the Bullfrog Spas hot tub. Listen to all that nature brings to the High Country of North Carolina and soak it in. Carolina Wren Cottage is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and energized!

-Firewood for the outside firepit may be purchased from our office with at least 7 days advance notice. You will receive two kiln-dried bundles and one Firestarter log for $25/nt.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.

The Mountain Peek is a quiet cabin surrounded by beautiful and mature rhododendrons and trees with seasonal mountain views, perfect for you and your family (furry family too!) The cabin is ten minutes from the wonderful restaurants and shopping in downtown Blowing Rock, Moses Cone Memorial Park for the best hikes, and the Blue Ridge Parkway for scenic drives and many trailheads. This cabin is also close to Grandfather Mountain, Boone, and Banner Elk. It's the perfect mountain location with great proximity to the best spots Western NC offers.

This three-level cabin provides a great room with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by comfy furnishings, and a secluded hot tub deck. The kitchen and dining room are on the main level, directly off the living room, with seating for eight. The lower level has a king bedroom with a jack-and-jill style bathroom shared with the bunk room. You will find a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin futon in the bunk room. Each bedroom has access to the lower level deck, which offers a covered sitting area with a fully-fenced backyard directly below where kids and pups alike can enjoy the mountain air. The upstairs loft is a spacious area with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a desk.

All the creature comforts we needed were furnished: wi-fi, TV w/streaming stick, cookware/utensils, Keurig, towels, linens, maps, etc. The location was awesome. We felt like we were well off the beaten path but at the same time just 12 min from downtown Blowing Rock and central and convenient to many other attractions. The cabin and grounds were clean and well maintained. Couldn't be happier and would love to return again."

Serenity is a quaint cabin on Appalachian Ski Mountain in Blowing Rock with stunning year-round mountain views. Enjoy feeling sheltered and tucked away yet just minutes away from many of the High Country's main attractions. Less than 10 minutes from the cabin are Appalachian Ski Resort (1.4 miles), access to the Blue Ridge Parkway (1.7 miles), Shoppes on the Parkway (2.4 miles), Sky Valley Zip Lines (2.9 miles), Downtown Blowing Rock (3.2 miles), Tweetsie Railroad (4.7 miles), The Gamekeeper Restaurant-rated a top 10 restaurant on the East Coast (6.8 miles), and Kid Brewer Stadium (8.2 miles).

The main level living room boasts a wall of windows revealing the mountains and long-range views, with leather furniture around a stone wood-burning fireplace and a large mounted TV above the mantel. Wood floors and unique tongue-and-groove cathedral ceilings provide a warm, spacious environment. The dining room, adjacent to the living room, has a lovely round table with seating for four. The main level deck includes a swinging bench, wooden seating, and an outdoor dining table with a gas grill and mountain backdrop.

The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and step-in glass door shower. The separate water closet in the master bathroom also opens to the kitchen. Downstairs is a second living area with a TV, an L-shaped sectional leather couch, one side of which folds out to a sleeper, and a Ms. Pac-Man arcade-style video game. The second bedroom is off this room, featuring a Queen bed. A full bathroom is off the living area with access from the bedroom. Guests can enjoy a soak in the hot tub on the lower level deck.

Serenity has central heat and air, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and Smart Roku TVs for streaming from your accounts. Serenity is not pet-friendly; thank you for not bringing pets to this cabin. Access is by a steep paved driveway with limited parking. 4WD or AWD are required for winter travelers, and tire chains may be needed in the event of winter weather.

Welcome to our cozy Blowing Rock mountain chalet in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Appalachian Ski Mountain. It's super-convenient to everything. Just minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Blowing Rock, Tanger Outlet shopping, and Tweetsie Railroad (in the summer you can hear the "choo-choo" from the porch!) and also convenient to Boone (15 minutes drive), Grandfather Mountain, Julian Price Park, Moses Cone Park, Valle Crucis and lots more! It's a little more than an hour to drive to the Virginia Creeper bike trail.

No pets allowed due to allergies.

There are two bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Both bedrooms are on the lower level accessed via spiral staircase - see the photos of the spiral stair to make sure you're comfortable using it to get up and down, it may be difficult for small children or people with mobility challenges. Use the patio door in the master bedroom for an easier way to get luggage to the two bedrooms (the spiral stair can be a tight squeeze for suitcases).

You'll have the house to yourselves. There is a TV in the living room -- no cable, but you can access Netflix and Amazon Prime. In the summer, enjoy sitting out on the covered deck and hear the sound of the Tweetsie Railroad train in the distance. You'll be sure to see deer around dusk every night.

Linens are provided. The kitchen is full service with electric range/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and some basic cooking ingredients.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles. No pets allowed due to allergies.

The smell returned each time we were away for the day and we had to air out the cabin again. This would have been a show stopper if we were in the cabin during the winter months and couldn't open the windows.o Ants joined us in the kitchen and dining room a couple times. They were keen on eating scraps in the dishwasher.o We found the dishwasher loaded with clean but soaking wet dishes that we had to dry before using and putting away.o A couple of the ceiling fans did not work: the one in the living room and the one in the master bedroom.o Some of the windows were problematic: the upper sashes were loose and came down when the lower sash was open. "The Bear Den" is a 1600sf 3BR 2BA cabin the in Blowing Rock, NC. A stellar location between Blowing Rock and Boone with 6.7 acres of wooded privacy.

There's a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances and hardwood flooring. The master suite is up 6 steps from the main level offering privacy from 2 other guest rooms (Daisy and Fern Rooms). There's a front porch to enjoy a coffee or wine outdoors.

Please note that your room is quiet and private, but it is located inside the home so there is not a private outside entrance to your room. I rent 2 of the 3 bedrooms on AirBnB. There may be other people staying while you're here.

Due to living on a mountain, my driveway may be inaccessible in snow/ice. Sometimes I’m motivated and shovel it, other times I park and walk up/down. I will offer a full refund if weather prevents us from access. Welcome to the mountains!

The space
Enjoy the private lower level apartment that has separate walkway and private entrance to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with wash/dryer, space for kitchen prep and cooking (note there is a hot plate and toaster oven, not a built in range/oven as part of this set up and no dishwasher).

The apartment is below our private (not for rent) cabin and you have access to the yard/wooded area around the cabin and a dedicated fire pit area with Adirondack chairs that is just for the lower level apartment.

There is oarking for 1 car at the top of the walkway (stairs for access) and if needed a further parking area.

The one bedroom has a queen and a small work table for remote work if needed. The apartment is 600 sq feet and most comfortable for 2 people but with couches that pull out to twin beds it also can fit 4 people or a small family.

We allow one dog as pet assuming it is well trained and leashed. This is a nice quiet area with mostly all locals and so no loud parties or events or major disruptions to the neighbors are permitted.

The cabin is just a 5 minutes walk from Speckled Trout, Camp Coffee and all the wonderful shops and activities Blowing Rock has to offer. You can also walk to via the sidewalks now in place to Bass Lake from here.

This home, due to town restrictions is only available for monthly or longer rentals. Access to the cabin living spaces above the apartment is not included in the rental and not permitted.

Grandfather`s Backside - Savor the view of the backside of Grandfather Mountain while relaxing on the covered porch.

The space
This cozy two-bedroom two-bath rustic cabin plus loft is located in a wooded setting off Highway 221 South about 10-15 minutes from Blowing Rock.  The cabin is sure to provide you with a perfect home base for your mountain vacation, whether you like the shops and restaurants in downtown Blowing Rock, hiking, driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, or simply relaxing.

An open family room features a new, wall-mounted smart TV with Spectrum Streaming, wood floors, and a freestanding gas fireplace. The living area opens into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that provides seating for three with space for four at the kitchen bar.  Cabin décor, tongue-and-groove paneling, and newly insulated ceiling create a welcoming atmosphere in this cozy cabin.   Although the cabin has a central AC/heat system if you prefer, the screened windows and two screen doors will allow you to enjoy the cool mountain air.

On the main floor, at the end of the hall, one bedroom has a queen bed, while a second bedroom offers a twin bed, providing plenty of sleeping space.  A hallway bathroom and a laundry closet are accessible by all.

Upstairs, the large master loft offers a queen-sized bed and large bathroom, exposed rafters, beautiful tongue-and-groove paneling, and a flat-screen TV.  You’ll love unwinding in the corner soaking tub.

The covered front porch runs the length of the house, provides a stainless propane grill, and rockers for comfortable seating, and has wonderful partial views of Grandfather Mountain once the leaves have fallen for the year. Walk outside through attractive landscaping on a path to the back deck or through the kitchen door into wooded privacy.  Enjoy the flat yard or roast marshmallows around the fire pit.

The cabin is located in an older residential area, not a planned or gated community.

Pets allowed with approval - a maximum of 2 dogs. There are no weight requirements.
Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure; Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it. "The Bear Den" is a 1600sf 3BR 2BA cabin the in Blowing Rock, NC. A stellar location between Blowing Rock and Boone with 6.7 acres of wooded privacy.

The Galax suite is up 6 steps from the main level offering privacy from 2 other guest rooms (Daisy and Fern Rooms). There's a front porch to enjoy a coffee or wine outdoors.

Please note that your room is quiet and private, but it is located inside the home so there is not a private outside entrance to your room. I rent 2 of the 3 bedrooms on AirBnB. There may be other people staying while you're here.

Due to living on a mountain, my driveway may be inaccessible in snow/ice. Sometimes I’m motivated and shovel it, other times I park and walk up/down. I will offer a full refund if weather prevents us from access. Welcome to the mountains!

Brand new renovation of a 50 year old family mountain cabin. I'm a recently retired contractor along with my wife Cindy's design and decorating skill, we are a great team. It's a really sweet little place and we are excited to share it!

The space
There are 7 stone steps from the paved parking to main level cabin and deck where there are 2 queen bedrooms, full bath with ceramic walk-in shower, the main room features a full brand new kitchen and a dining table by the fireplace and a wonderful family area with large casement windows and a great view of Grandfather Mountain. But the crown jewel is our covered porch where you can sit,eat,drink, repeat!
The lower level deck and third bedroom/bath are accessed from either the stairwell on the covered porch or steps to the yard. This area features a third queen bedroom and a full bath with a tiled tub/shower, and a washer/dryer. Also, a separate bar seating area featuring a custom coffee bar. There is also a private rear deck with a great view and some great rocking chairs.

Ridgeview is a charming two-bedroom cabin located between Boone and Blowing Rock. Hiking trails are less than 5 minutes away, and local shopping and dining are less than 10 minutes down the road in downtown Blowing Rock. The master bedroom, with a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom, is on the main level. An additional bedroom on the second level has sleeping for 4 in a queen and full bed. Ridgeview is a charming two bedroom cabin located between Boone and Blowing Rock. Downtown Blowing Rock, the perfect town for a stroll, is less than a ten minute drive down the road, and offers a plethora of local dining and shopping options, in addition to the community park. Hop on The Blue Ridge Parkway, less than five minutes from the cabin where hikers of all skill levels are sure to find a favorite trail, or enjoy the layered mountain views from a scenic overlook. Tweetsie Railroad, High Gravity Adventures, and Mystery Hill offer entertainment for the whole family. Visiting in the winter? Appalachian Ski Mountain is three miles away and is home to multiple ski runs and an ice skating rink. Ridgeview is a fifteen minute drive to Boone, where you will find Boone Golf Course, Appalachian State University, and an abundance of shopping and dining options. The High Country features festivals and events including the Farmer’s Market, Horn in the West, and concerts. Wineries and breweries can be found from Blowing Rock to Beech Mountain.

While at Ridgeview, guests are welcomed by a warm and cozy main floor with exposed log walls and hardwood floors. The family room has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and comfortable furniture situated around the stone gas fireplace. Warm up by the fire after a day on the slopes or exploring the High Country. The dining table, with seating for six, and kitchen are located adjacent to the family room. The renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Just outside, the covered deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while rocking in the rocking chairs. Take in the mountain views and fresh mountain air while winding down after a day at Tweetsie Railroad or a round of golf. Gather around the fire pit to share stories, or grill a favorite meal on the gas or charcoal grill.

Ridgeview is a two-level, two bedroom cabin that can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom can sleep four in a queen bed and full bed. There is a full bathroom on the second level. The loft has a comfortable sectional and a Nintendo gaming system to provide entertainment on a rainy afternoon.

Secluded get-away cabin within a short walking distance to downtown historic Blowing Rock, surrounded by beautiful rhododendrons.

The interior doors, bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets are custom made from pine. Cabin has 2 very old treasured stained glass windows. It also has soaring wood ceilings.

Enjoy the stone fireplace with gas logs controlled by remote. Large loft for extra sleeping. Covered front porch and back porch to enjoy your coffee, read a book or simply bird watch.

The cabin is absolutely perfect for a couple, ideal for four and but six is a full house. The two bedrooms have full sized beds and the large sleeping loft has two twin beds.

Kids and adults alike love the loft area. Upstairs in addition to the two beds there is a study area with a rocking chair, great for rocking that baby to sleep and a recliner handy when you fall asleep reading your book.

Welcome to Blue Mist, a unique and cozy, three-bedroom mountain home with a log exterior, long-range views, an attached garage, a downstairs den and game room, and lots of deck space. Situated on a quiet road surrounded by woods on three sides and long-range views from the back, Blue Mist is only about 5 miles from downtown Blowing Rock, approximately 12 miles from Boone and Valle Crucis, and approximately 17 miles from Banner Elk. Tweetsie Railroad and Appalachian Ski Mountain are both about 9 miles away. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort are about 14 miles away, and Beech Mountain Ski Resort is about 21 miles away. Grandfather Mountain is less than 15 miles away.

Level entry, a level front yard, and level parking make this an easy-access property year-round and an elderly-friendly house. The garage provides direct parking and lower-level access. There is a second queen bedroom on the main level, with HDTV and vaulted ceilings, and an adjacent hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination that also services the living area.

The lower level provides direct access to the one-car garage and a half-bathroom. A spacious king-bedroom suite with an HDTV and mountain views awaits, along with a full bathroom with a shower. The den and game room downstairs are a paradise for fun-seekers, with an exterior door that opens to the lower rear deck. The den features comfortable leather sofas, an HDTV, a foosball table, a Pac-Man game, and a full-sized futon that can accommodate 1 or 2 guests. This cabin has 2 floors the main floor has kitchen, full bath and living/dining room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bath. The lower deck is accessible from this floor
