All of it was lovely, but we found ourselves stashing most of it in the tops of closets to keep it out of toddler hands and to give us more space to put bags. That's completely not a big deal, and I'm honestly not complaining -- it's just one of the very things I noticed in an otherwise spectacular stay. The space
It’s a three storied single family home. First floor is the guest suite for our Airbnb guests. It is at the garden level and guests have the full access to the patio, outdoor grill and seating area. My husband and I live on the upper two levels with our 2 cats & 2 dogs.
The garden is in full bloom from mid March till September, depending on the weather.

This space sleeps 4 comfortably (one queen bed, one double bed, one fully reclined couch, one twin air mattress) but has space to sleep up to 6 (for additional cost).

We have two dogs (English Labs). They are friendly once they get to know the guests. If the guests are not dog people and get annoyed or scared by dog bark, this suite won’t be suitable for them. Cats live with us upstairs and do not interact with the guests.

Our backyard is fully fenced. We have pathway/ walkway to access the guest suite. These are concrete flat steps. Our guests will have to be able to walk from the driveway to the suite. One has to be careful with their luggage, especially if it’s dark outside. However, we have garden lights and our patio area is fully illuminated for our guests to see clearly.

If you want to enjoy the garden, then spring and summer is the best time to visit. We are in the East Coast and the garden is in hibernation during November to February.

⭐️Grocery store, cafe, pharmacy, dry cleaners, fast food restaurants (McDonalds, Taco bell) pizza, Chinese and Indian restaurants and UPS store is within walking distance and about 2 minutes drive. AMC movie theater and other restaurants are 5 minutes away.

‼️We have 2 dogs and they are in the garden a lot. If you are not a dog person, this suite will not be suitable for you.

‼️We have 2 indoor cats who live with us. They don’t interact with the guests at all and don’t have access to the suite.

Second floor : Upstairs you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms equipped with TV including Netflix, Master suite features a luxurious bed, TV, couches, coffee table and private bathroom.

Basement: Fully finished basement with living room and gym room.

PLEASE NOTE : Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The property is limited to 10 guests per reservation. There will be a $500 fee for noise complaints or rearrange of furniture.

Guest access
The property is entirely yours throughout the rental period (unshared).You will have access to the entire home. I will provide a unique code to the main door prior to your arrival, so late arrival are no problem. You simply come to the front door, enter the code and gain access to the property.
