Only complaint was neighbors dogs which of course do what dogs do, and that is bark. This newly renovated cottage has just been added for rentals. It is in Edinboro PA and only 1 1/2 blocks to the Lake. You will have access to the entire cottage. In the summer enjoy the guarded beach, playground, boating, and fishing. We have a firepit to enjoy at night and we supply all the firewood. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. The 2nd Bedroom has a bunk bed with a double size mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. The 3rd bedroom also has a bunk bed that has a double size mattress on the bottom and a single on top. We have a Washer/Dryer in the cottage with all the supplies. We have Cable TV and DVD player with a ton of movies for you to choose from. We also have wireless internet. We do not have central air conditioning but have a portable air conditioner to keep things cool. We also have either a ceiling or portable fan in each room.

Cottage features 3 bedrooms one with a single over double bunkbed and 2 with queen beds. All beds are provided with new memory foam mattresses. All bedding is provided. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, icemaker in fridge, coffee maker. toaster, dishes, plates, and silverware. For your entertainment there is free wifi,4 smart TV's with NetFlix and other apps, games and a book exchange, take a book, leave a book. The bathroom has a full bathtub with shower. Our 2 bedroom/1 bath home is a charming 1950s Cape Cod cottage just a block up from the Lake. It's situated on a double lot providing plenty of space to share meals at the picnic table, toast marshmallows at the campfire, let your dogs run and play any yard games you've brought.

Our cottage sits directly across the street from Edinboro Lake and is close to Edinboro University (1.5 miles away). A perfect 3- season weekend getaway between Erie and Meadville, PA. Gorgeous woodwork from floor to ceiling, remodeled bathroom and kitchen, new furniture in every room, outdoor seating with fire pit, and everything you need to enjoy your time in Edinboro, PA!

There are 2 parking spots on the property where guests are expected to park. This is not a party house and no smoking, vaping or pets allowed. We expect our guests to follow our "house rules" and leave the cottage in the condition it was found upon arrival. There is a tv in the living room with basic cable as well as an HDMI cord for you to stream shows with your own apps and device. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Beautifully cozy cottage just a few steps away from charming Lake Edinboro. Just 1.7 miles to Edinboro University and 30 minutes from Downtown Erie or Presque Isle State Park. Experience boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing on Lake Edinboro and the best Steelhead fishing in the fall and Spring on our local streams just minutes away. Enjoy the winter months at Mt. Pleasant ski resort, ice fishing or cross country skiing with many trail at our area parks.

The space
Our cottage offers 2 private bedrooms each with queen size beds an enclosed front porch with a day bed and relaxing sitting area, a full bath and a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience. The back yard is equipped with a fire pit, grill and an outdoor covered porch for sitting, reading or just enjoying the beautiful day. We have 4 kayaks for your use to take a scenic tour of the lake. At the end of our street is a private little beach with a swim area.

Location, Location, Location! 4 bedroom home next to Billings Park Playground with sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and the Edinboro Lake Beach. Enjoy a drink on the patio and watch the kids play on the playground:) no need to drive!

The space
This cottage is roomy and warm with an open floor plan and big windows that bring in natural light and vibes of the lake life community. Bring your bikes and kayaks (which you can store in the attached garage), have a family reunion-style BBQ with corn hole and a fire pit in the back yard, or sit on the front porch and chat with all the lovely neighbors as they walk their dogs or while they are on their way to the playground and beach.

Guest access
This home has a keyless entry lock, so you are able to access the home without worrying about losing a key! You will receive an access code before you arrive that you will use to access the home. You will enter the code provided into the keypad followed by the check mark symbol to unlock the door. To lock the door when departing from the home you will just press the "Yale" button at the top of the keypad. You will have access to the entire home including a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a garage to keep bikes and your gear.

Pets are welcome, but please follow our pet policy:

- Please be sure you clean up/pick up after they use the bathroom and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can
- If your pup experiences separation anxiety please take them with you when you leave the home

The Cleaning Fee is set by the Cleaning Pro that we contract with. They are trained, experienced, and go through the Airbnb 5-Step enhanced cleaning process which includes disinfecting high traffic/touch areas (remote controls, light switches, rails, etc.)

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. If you are bringing a pet, please know there will be a pet fee of $10 per pet. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500***
