2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Loft right off 696 freeway and near M10 The Lodge freeway. I75 is also just a few minutes away so you can get where you need to go in 15 minutes or less. Royal Oak, Downtown Detroit, Novi etc! Everything is new and updated with a modern look. Plenty of space to work and we have blazing internet and Wi-Fi. This space has private entry as well.

There in no closet in the space or full dresser there is only space under the bed & table to store clothes & shoes or things alike

We must meet twice preferably to make sure our stay together will be fit & that you’ve read all details.

U must be willing to be added on to my lease which is only a $50 application u must fill out in the leasing office which will require a background check & credit check … no income check.

If you decide u would like to stay a year or so sliding barn doors from Home Depot can be added after two months of stay with a dresser for 2k extra unless u are handy & will purchase those things on your own.

The space was a dining room turned into a room & comes with utilities & WiFi .. everyone here is private (one works in the ER the other is a teacher)

ONLY want peaceful guest here for business or school & those credentials will be required & checked throughly to avoid any unruly guest!
