The kitchen floor gets cold in the winter. You may want to bring a pair of cozy slippers.

The home is a renovated older duplex. Both apartments are managed as short-term rentals. This apartment has a large entry with a small coat closet, chair, and luggage bench. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a typical tub/shower, and a semi-private toilet nook. The larger bedroom offers a queen-size traditional spring type mattress, with a nightstand on each side. Each nightstand has an easy access plug for your phone charger. The bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen leads to the dining room and living room in succession. The smaller bedroom has a double bed.The bed is a tight fit with one side against the wall, but it also has a small side table with an easy to reach plug.

Each apartment has a separate entrance conviently located near the parking area. The door has a keyless entry.

The fire pit is available for our guests. We just ask that someone remain in attendance at all times when a fire is burning. When finished please douse all fire and embers.
Wood is available under the pines near the fire pit. An outside faucet with a hose is located on the driveway side of the house. Local township rules require that the fire be extinguished by midnight.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment near Michigan State University. Come stay in our impeccably clean and comfortable apartment. We have it stocked with everything you need for your visit whether you're here on a work trip, to spend a night out on the town, catch a sporting event, or stay in and cook with family and friends.
The space
The apartment easily sleeps 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Because of the architecture of the space, there are no doors on the bedrooms, however, the bedrooms are far away from eachother on opposite ends of the unit. The kitchen is stocked so you can cook meals if you want to and the dining room seats 6. We have a Keurig coffee maker and provide sugar, powdered creamer, and a few coffee pods to get you started. There is a laundry room in the same building as this apartment and also a small gym on the property, we will leave the key to both on a hook next to the door.
Other things to note
Check in is 4PM, but often we can accommodate a 3PM check in. Please inquire if you'd prefer an earlier check in.
