The bedroom is a loft accessed by a spiral staircase. The bathroom is on main floor, so a nighttime trip to the bathroom requires going down the spiral staircase, which was not a problem but proceed with caution. Parking was easy. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. There was one roll of Toilet paper and the kitchen supplies were very minimal. Safe, clean. "

The space
A one bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen, queen size comfy bed, a futon, and a pull out sofa twin size bed. We've taken great lengths to provide everything we could think of that guests might need, and everything we wished we had at other Airbnbs we've stayed at as well. The apartment includes two TVs, both with Netflix, local channels over the air, and several available Roku options. The bedroom and living room both have an air conditioning window unit, which keep the apartment as cool as you'd like in the summer months. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, as well as an oscillating fan in the bedroom for additional comfort options.

We provide everything we want when staying at an Airbnb, including, plates, bowls, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, coffee, sugar and creamer, some breakfast basics (changes but there's always something), bath linens, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bedding (with extra blankets), Netflix, two TVs, some games, a microwave, a clothes iron, a blow dryer, and a few more things for your comfort during your stay. We have made it the way we hope for when we stay at another Airbnb.

The whole apartment with the porch. The off street parking can be found behind the house by driving down the alley. The house numbers are on the corner of the garage and the back of the house. There is security lighting that will come on as you approach. There is another apartment upstairs. The stairs are a bit squeaky so you are likely to hear when people enter and exit that apartment. I use Scott toilet paper because it is better for the plumbing. Also, there are limited dishes because I expect you to was your dishes each meal. Remember I don’t charge any extra cleaning fee

Make sure to take a walk to the rose garden while you’re visiting. It’s just a block to the East down Lake Avenue

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and a local brewery. The space has a theme of Wizard of Oz and we challenge you to find the hidden gems.

There are neighbors located across the hallway from the apartment and we respectfully ask to abide by the noise ordinance and personal belongings be kept in the apartment and not kept in hallway at anytime. This space is not child-proofed and we do not offer a crib, so we do not list toddlers as an option, however feel free to make it a judgement on your part. Animals are discouraged from this room Suite B to ensure one of the suites remains allergy friendly. Please book A or C if you have a pet.

The stairway to the second floor is historic and there is not an elevator available.

There are neighbors located across the hallway from the apartment and we respectfully ask to abide by the noise ordinance and personal belongings be kept in the apartment and not kept in hallway at anytime. This space is not child-proofed and we do not offer a crib, so we do not list toddlers as an option, however feel free to make it a judgement on your part. Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee.

Other things to note
The stairway to the second floor is historic and there is not an elevator available.

Running Around screen printing on the first floor is an Amazon Hub. If you need deliveries during your stay. Pick up will be business hours and your item will remain secure while you're away.

This home is an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment. You have your own access located on the side of the apartment. Because this is an upstairs unit the floors do creek in some spots.
Both bedroom have a queen size bed with one room also have a trundle bed. They also come with alarm clocks/sound machine.

** There are camera on the exterior of the home. One at each door. There is none inside the home.

The space
You will find that there are a lot of stairs to get into the apartment. Upon entering you are in the dining area with the kitchen. There are 3 doors off the dining area leading to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has a vintage sink and a shower and also has another entrance to the larger bedroom. This property is 100 years old. The sink and shower in the bathroom are 100 years old. You might think I didn’t scrub the shower but that’s not the case. I have spent hours and hours scrubbing it. If you have any suggestions please give me a private note. The larger bedroom includes a desk and a seating area. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and their own TVs. I use Scott toilet paper because it is best for the plumbing. If you hate that brand you should bring your own. Also, I limit the amount of dishes provided because I don’t want a bunch of dishes to wash after people check out. Remember I’m not adding any cleaning fee to your charges
