ALERT: Constructions is anticipated to take place on the second and third floors starting March 1, 2024, through April 22, 2024. During this time, increased noise levels associated with construction may occur but will be limited to Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Once outside, you're on 60 acres of rolling pasture + 17 acres of forest. There are cattle, sheep, chickens & dogs (+ a couple of barn cats & seasonal pigs.). Plenty of space for hiking & exploring.

There is no smoking of any kind inside the unit. All smoking will be done outside and waste properly disposed of. There is approx. 17 acres of woods included for those who enjoy nature. Be sure to bring appropriate footwear. We watch our very young grandchildren during the day (M - F) so please expect some noise from above throughout the day, starting as early as 7AM. If this is an issue, we strongly recommend reserving a different Airbnb that’s a better fit for you. There's also our parrot, Morocco, who can sometimes be "audibly active” as well. During the colder months, unit is heated by wood-burning stove. The stove easily keeps the entire unit cozy, plus there's a portable electric heating unit in the main bedroom.
