The deal breaker tho was that there is no sound proofing with the attached rental unit - we could hear every word from the other guest so clearly that when I said to my partner that it was weird, the other guest responded that yes, it's weird. It's only in the bathroom area, but I hated that. It's one thing to hear noises of the presence of others, but that was too much. We just wanted a secluded weekend away, so that took away from it."

I have a propensity to host like you are my guests in my home. We try to provide everything for you to come stay as guests.

- "This little condo was perfect for our weeklong escape to Saugatuck. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. The quality of the furnishings was great. Marta certainly does not cut corners. She left a nice welcome gift of a bottle of wine, cheese and snacks when we checked in, and a Keurig with some pods to start off with. She also had beach chairs, beach towels and a beach pass for guest use, another nice touch. We loved the location being in the heart of town and sitting on the cozy patio most evenings to people watch while looking over at the harbor. It was only a 2 block walk to get morning lattes and a block from the Butler restaurant. We enjoyed hearing the Butler’s live music on Thurs night, which ended around 10pm so it didn't affect our sleep. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but with the great location, comfy furnishings and responsive host, the slightly smaller space did not impact our enjoyment of the rental. Compared to any of our prior vacation rentals (or even hotel stays), this was the most problem-free experience we have had with accommodations. Thank you, Marta, for your care to give your guests a top-notch experience. We could not have been happier with the rental and hope to rent here again next summer if we return to Saugatuck."

Frank's Apartment is a cozy little getaway for 2-4 people conveniently situated "On the Hill" in Saugatuck. It is just steps from shopping, beaches, boat rides, fudge and ice cream shops, bars, nightlife and dancing, live theater, pickleball and tennis, art galleries, restaurants, fishing, kayaking, museums, nature hikes, antique shops and more.

Frank's Apartment has everything you need for your weekend or week getaway. It has one queen bedroom with a walk in closet. Also it has a good size living room with a fold out queen sofa bed. It has a full and spacious kitchen. And a full bathroom with step in shower. It also includes a full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided and you'd be hard pressed to find a kitchen implement that isn't there. There is also a little outdoor table and two chairs.

The apartment is conveniently all on one level. It does not have a ramp, but is handicap friendly with large doorways and a step in shower with grab bars.

Spacious open plan apartment is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the downtown activities in a quiet residential neighborhood, "On the Hill". The apartment is up a flight of stairs among the trees. Off street parking is provided. Many amenities provided including almost any kitchen item you could need, electric grill, washer and dryer, WIFI, Roku TV with lots of free shows and movies and live TV for news etc. (or bring your streaming log in and log into your own Netflix, Hulu etc.) DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Central air and ceiling fans make for a very comfortable hideaway in warm weather. The outdoor deck is nice for comfortable evenings enjoying the electric grill and patio furniture.

Climb the stairs to the outdoor deck and enter the open plan apartment through the sliding door. The kitchen and dining area are to the right and living room to the left as you enter. There is a small laundry room off of the kitchen. Down a short hallway is the bathroom with walk in shower. And at the end of the hall is the bedroom with queen bed and desk. It is a very light and airy apartment with many windows throughout to enjoy the trees and surrounding gardens, but with appropriate curtains and blinds to provide privacy as well.

This apartment is in the heart of Downtown Saugatuck. Sit back and relax on the balcony overlooking the Kalamazoo River and downtown. Restaurants and Bars are steps away just outside your door. This apartment has a King bed and a queen pullout sofa to sleep 2 comfortably or 4 with 2 on a pullout couch. The bathroom has a stand up shower. Come and enjoy all of what downtown Saugatuck has to offer day and night! Parking is available in any legal parking spot on the street. Private parking is not available.

By renting this apartment you are agreeing to the following rules:

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) Do not move the furniture.
4.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
5.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
6.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
7.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
8.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
9.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
10.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 times the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
11.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
12.) Please note to read the street signs in the winter months as you must park on certain sides of the street on certain days for the snow plows.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. - "This spacious apartment was perfect for our family of four (five plus our pup). Very clean and well appointed, however wish it had had a hair dryer and would be great to have a few more counter appliances - blender, etc. Multiple showers in a row produced chilly water, but not the end of the world once we figured it out! The deck was fantastic. The table and chairs on the roof deck were so great. Would have been nice to have some more outdoor furniture. as well as a grill. We understood that that a grill might have been a safety concern. I can’t say enough about the location - literally a 2 second walk to Butler St, the main drag. Great that there is a parking spot since it can be a challenge to find street parking. Loads of areas to take our dog to within a one minute walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!All in all, big five stars! "

The open living, kitchen, and dining areas are perfect for relaxing with a movie or enjoying a meal at home. Head out onto the front deck where you can take in partial views of the endless parade of boats on the river, people watch, and sip your morning coffee. The below patio has additional outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit shared with the neighboring rental properties. 

Get a good night's rest in the queen bedroom. The attached full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and workable space for your morning routine.

You will want to head to town to take part in all downtown has to offer. Only 1.5 blocks away are the closest shops and restaurants. The other end of town is only a 1/2 mile away so everything is very close and easily accessible. We have an assortment of fine and casual dining establishments, ice cream shops, boutiques, art galleries, and even a Broadway-quality theater. 

If you're looking for a day in the sand, Lake Michigan is accessible by Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, or Saugatuck Dunes State Park within a 5-10 minute drive, or take a ride on our local Interurban for only $1.

Located on Lucy Street in downtown Saugatuck, you will have an assortment of activities at your fingertips. Enjoy a great meal at one of our many dining establishments, take in a show at the local theater, shop at the many cute boutiques, or see how many flavors of ice cream you can taste! There is something for everyone. 

If Lake Michigan is calling your name, Oval Beach and Douglas Beach are both only a 5-7 minute drive away. If you're feeling fit, you could also walk 3 blocks down to the Chain Ferry for a ride across the river and then a 15-minute walk from there to the beach. We also have many hiking options in our area from Mt. Baldhead to the Saugatuck Dunes State Park.

Inside At Ease, which is an upstairs unit requiring a flight of stairs, you'll find an updated retreat to relax at the end of the day.

The main room is an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area is the most spacious with a surround of windows, a Smart TV, and a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The dining space has a cute table for two and the adjacent snack bar has additional seating for two. You also have the option to head out to the balcony where four of you can dine together overlooking the yard, street, and river in the distance. The kitchen is small but offers the basics you'd need for an easy meal at home. 

The queen bedroom is cozy but has plenty of storage space for your things and an AC unit in the summer to keep you cool. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. This space has a shower tub combo for ease of freshening up for the day.

Our best feature is exclusive access to the Ship n Shore Hotel pool and hot tub across the street (seasonal)! Pools are hard to find in Saugatuck and being on the water with views of the towns landmarks only happens here!

Robyn's Nest Riverside (RNR) is located at 533 Water Street. Three of the four condo's in this building are available for nesting! All of the personal entrances are located in back of the building, along with a designated parking space(5). Nest #5 is all your's during your visit, including the deck/porch outside your door. The keyless entry code to access the room will be the last four digits of your booking phone number. Nesters enjoy Comcast business class (guaranteed 300mbps) WiFi service and seasonal (May - September) access to The Ship n Shore Hotel pool and hot tub, located directly across the street on the water!

Other things to note
Exclusive access to the Ship n Shore Hotel pool/hot tub is included (Memorial Day - Labor Day)! This is the only pool on the water, offering the best views in town! Due to strict occupancy limits, please do not extend this privilege to anyone not staying at RNR or the Hotel.

An additional air conditioning unit was added to the bedroom to address additional climate control and sound from renters above.

The historic Bird Center Resort is located just blocks from downtown Saugatuck. Remodeled in 2004 this property has been entertaining guests for over 100 years. Unit has every amenity needed to provide wonderful memories. The Hummingbird has a bedroom and living room upstairs, kitchen and bath downstairs. This cozy 1-bedroom cottage is a charming place to get away and feel secluded while still staying close to town. The ceilings in the living room and bedroom are about 6'6".

The space
WiFi access available in your cottage, as well as 2 flat-screen TVs. This cottage does share a wall with the Nightingale Cottage that is the front part of the house. Nothing else shared just wall. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach, and a 3-block walk to downtown Saugatuck where you'll find shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and more!

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is a parking lot for the cottage.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than 1.5 the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
13.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
14.). Hot tub use is NOT available for the Hummingbird cottage.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. Adorable renovated Studio in Saugatuck. This cottage is perfect for 2 people. This cottage is in Saugatuck and walking distance to parks, fishing dock, chain ferry, all restaurants, bars, galleries, arts center and everything else Saugatuck has to offer. This Studio is part of a historic farm house in Saugatuck that dates back to the 1800's and has been totally updated and renovated. This cottage has a queen bed. It is air conditioned with a large smart TV with soundbar.

It is the perfect spot for the quick getaway you deserve! This cottage is attached to the main farmhouse but does have its own entrance and all its own amenties and has a large buffer between the two which is a utility room. *Please note that the current pictures are temporary only during renovation and will be updated soon.
