The deal breaker tho was that there is no sound proofing with the attached rental unit - we could hear every word from the other guest so clearly that when I said to my partner that it was weird, the other guest responded that yes, it's weird. It's only in the bathroom area, but I hated that. It's one thing to hear noises of the presence of others, but that was too much. We just wanted a secluded weekend away, so that took away from it."

I have a propensity to host like you are my guests in my home. We try to provide everything for you to come stay as guests.

- "This little condo was perfect for our weeklong escape to Saugatuck. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. The quality of the furnishings was great. Marta certainly does not cut corners. She left a nice welcome gift of a bottle of wine, cheese and snacks when we checked in, and a Keurig with some pods to start off with. She also had beach chairs, beach towels and a beach pass for guest use, another nice touch. We loved the location being in the heart of town and sitting on the cozy patio most evenings to people watch while looking over at the harbor. It was only a 2 block walk to get morning lattes and a block from the Butler restaurant. We enjoyed hearing the Butler’s live music on Thurs night, which ended around 10pm so it didn't affect our sleep. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but with the great location, comfy furnishings and responsive host, the slightly smaller space did not impact our enjoyment of the rental. Compared to any of our prior vacation rentals (or even hotel stays), this was the most problem-free experience we have had with accommodations. Thank you, Marta, for your care to give your guests a top-notch experience. We could not have been happier with the rental and hope to rent here again next summer if we return to Saugatuck."

Frank's Apartment is a cozy little getaway for 2-4 people conveniently situated "On the Hill" in Saugatuck. It is just steps from shopping, beaches, boat rides, fudge and ice cream shops, bars, nightlife and dancing, live theater, pickleball and tennis, art galleries, restaurants, fishing, kayaking, museums, nature hikes, antique shops and more.

Frank's Apartment has everything you need for your weekend or week getaway. It has one queen bedroom with a walk in closet. Also it has a good size living room with a fold out queen sofa bed. It has a full and spacious kitchen. And a full bathroom with step in shower. It also includes a full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided and you'd be hard pressed to find a kitchen implement that isn't there. There is also a little outdoor table and two chairs.

The apartment is conveniently all on one level. It does not have a ramp, but is handicap friendly with large doorways and a step in shower with grab bars.

-We wash the sheets and towels with hot water.

-Then we clean everything like usual.

-At the end we go around with the WHO recommended type of disinfecting bleach (not laundry bleach) mixed with the recommenced ratio of water and disinfect: counters, faucets and taps and shower controls, handles of appliances and doors and cabinets, light switches, AC control, lamps, remotes, soap dispensers, TV and DVD player and Roku box, info book, key, and where people frequently touch the windows and blinds.

Spacious open plan apartment is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the downtown activities in a quiet residential neighborhood, "On the Hill". The apartment is up a flight of stairs among the trees. Off street parking is provided. Many amenities provided including almost any kitchen item you could need, electric grill, washer and dryer, WIFI, Roku TV with lots of free shows and movies and live TV for news etc. (or bring your streaming log in and log into your own Netflix, Hulu etc.) DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Central air and ceiling fans make for a very comfortable hideaway in warm weather. The outdoor deck is nice for comfortable evenings enjoying the electric grill and patio furniture.

Climb the stairs to the outdoor deck and enter the open plan apartment through the sliding door. The kitchen and dining area are to the right and living room to the left as you enter. There is a small laundry room off of the kitchen. Down a short hallway is the bathroom with walk in shower. And at the end of the hall is the bedroom with queen bed and desk. It is a very light and airy apartment with many windows throughout to enjoy the trees and surrounding gardens, but with appropriate curtains and blinds to provide privacy as well.

This is a no smoking and no pets apartment.
