GUEST PLEASE use the back door for emergencies to AVOID being locked out.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED inside the unit. PLEASE USE COASTERS FOR DRINKS on all tables. Please Wash and dry pots, pans, utensils and knives to prevent rusting.
PLEASE DON'T CLOSE ANY VENTS AC/HEAT temperatures are regulated with tenants downstairs(Please use extra blankets, fan or heater).
PLEASE DON'T OPEN any window except for emergencies. The HEAT/AC will run more if the windows are open.

This space is fully functional and will meet all your essential needs.
The entire interior has wood wall panels from the 70's. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS BEFORE BOOKING! This home is 5 min away from the 80/94 interstate, and easy to find.

The wood panels scream 70s, however the 5G wifi, 55inch TV, king size bed and updated bath will make you think twice.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire space. However due to city regulations, I was instructed to install a firewall door between 2 units. This is a emergency exit only! Please do not go looking behind this door, it only accesses the other unit. It will also set off a alarm.

At the time of your stay….A family member and I will have FULL access to the lower level BASEMENT.

THIS IS A APARTMENT and there are tenants in the upstairs unit and you will hear noise(This is a good OLDER HOME).

FREE WASHER AND DRYER IS IN THE BASEMENT FOR YOU TO USE AT ANYTIME!!!

Guest have FULL PRIVATE access to the FIRST FLOOR unit ONLY!

GUEST WILL ENTER/EXIT in the front of the house.

A FAMILY MEMBER AND I will enter on the side of the house where the driveway is located and go DOWN stairs to the basement!

• No children allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• NO smoking of any sort inside the unit(There’s a bench outside you’re welcome to use for smoking).
• NO food or drinks inside the bedroom(Please use Coasters on tables in the unit).
• PLEASE DON’T close VENTS to adjust the temperature in your unit the temperature is regulated with the tenants upstairs (Please enjoy the HEATER, FAN, and EXTRA BLANKETS).
• PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS! FOR SAFETY REASONS AND The heat/AC WILL run more if the windows are open!

MY UNIT IS SMALL and adding an air bed will make the living areas extremely tight!!!!(The bed would be in the living/dining area). I suggest this option as a emergency ONLY!
I will have to be notified at the time of your booking for…
One additional guest( this guest is allowed to sleep on a air mattress for an extra cost of $20.00 per night). If you bring your own air mattress or NOT there will STILL be a extra Fee of $20 per night.
The $20 per night fee will have to be paid at booking prior to the start of your reservation.

LONG TERM GUEST GUIDELINES
The following item must be submitted within 24 hours or your reservation will be cancelled. If your background screening has evictions your reservation will be canceled.
