The space
This apartment is brand new and features new 36" white cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, for the aspiring chef! Fully equipped + stocked kitchen with coffee & Tea.
There are hardwood floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. The bathrooms have granite countertops and has a bathtub/step-in shower. There are two flat screens 4k HDTV's in the unit with access to HBO MAX, Netflix, and Disney, one in the living room and one in the larger bedroom.
Free parking on premises up to 2 parking spaces.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire 2nd floor 3 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms to themselves. This includes their own private laundry room with washer and dryer.

Other things to note
Any Chicagoland (including surrounding suburbs) request must be made by inquiry. If you instant book it will be canceled as a house rule violation forfeiture of the entire reservation cost. You also might be asked for a security deposit of $500.00 and ID.
If you bring an additional guest or you will throw a party /event I will cancel your reservation immediately. This place doesn’t allow any loud music at any time.
