- "Very clean for being in the basement. Great for the price we got it at! Felt very safe in it's location within a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks. Walked to the market apx 15 min walk there. There were a TON of LOUD cicadas which was a little eek but I believe that only happens every 17 years? Would of been nice to have a wall separating unit stays instead of just a door. Wasn't sure if someone could come down stairs from the upstairs that wasn't part of our rental. over all though we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to others. - "Overall this place worked well for what I needed, although it could use some improvements which I have shared with the managing agent to make this place truly an "executive" apartment and they seem to be taking on my feedback. The place is decent for one person staying for a few weeks, but I would find it tough for more than 1 person to be very comfortable here. There's also no specific workspace in the apartment as there's no table or desk, but the complex does have an extensive and hardly ever used business center and meeting room which adequately suited my needs. - No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- No pets are allowed. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty.
