I didn't get her name but she was pleasant and helpful even though some guests were being unnecessarily rude to her. The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds, although small, were comfortable with nice linens and comfy pillows. Everything was clean and well stocked. The hotel overall is starting to show its age but it was a positive experience. The shower curtain needs replacement, that was really my only issue!"

He wished me luck and off I went to my room. The next morning I had just finished breakfast and was lounging in the lobby area to waste time. He was passing by and then proceeded to wish me luck for my exam again, which took me by surprise. The fact that he remembered a conversation from the night before and then went out of his way to send good wishes put a smile on my face and was exactly what I needed to hear.
