- "This was my 3rd time there and I have a wonderful experience every time I come. " - "We loved this hotel! We come to Indy for the same event every year and this was our first stay at the Hotel Indigo. We loved the decor and the girls that checked us in were super nice! The fitness center has really nice equipment (even spinners!) and the hotel was close to everything. The only one negative was the 2nd night of our stay (we prebooked/paid for 2 nights) we returned after the concert and neither of our room keys worked. We had to wait at the front desk for about 15 minutes (only one person working because it was midnight) and when we told the lady our keys didn't work she very rudely asked me "did you extend your stay?" and I told her no, we were prepaid for 2 nights with hotels.com. At that point she took our keys, swiped new keys, and slapped them on the counter. She didn't even look up from the computer the whole time and acted like we were such an inconvenience. Other than that, everything else and everybody else was great! Will definately be coming back to this hotel next year!"
