We come to Indy for the same event every year and this was our first stay at the Hotel Indigo. We loved the decor and the girls that checked us in were super nice! The only one negative was the 2nd night of our stay (we prebooked/paid for 2 nights) we returned after the concert and neither of our room keys worked. We had to wait at the front desk for about 15 minutes (only one person working because it was midnight) and when we told the lady our keys didn't work she very rudely asked me "did you extend your stay?" and I told her no, we were prepaid for 2 nights with hotels.com. At that point she took our keys, swiped new keys, and slapped them on the counter. She didn't even look up from the computer the whole time and acted like we were such an inconvenience. Other than that, everything else and everybody else was great! Will definately be coming back to this hotel next year!"

There’s a fantastic restaurant across the parking lot (King Jugg) where we ate several times. We were given two parking passes and always had a space to park our vehicle. The apartment looked and smelled clean. It was decorated well and both my husband and I said the bed was the most comfortable bed we’d ever slept in. The bedding was very nice too. The unit was cool and overlooked the pool and had a balcony too. The overall layout of the place was perfect. We felt right at home and loved all that our host provided for us. There was a nice tv, great WiFi, and many cooking utensils for making meals. It was priced fairly too. We communicated via text with our host who responded professionally and promptly. There was another guest after we left, as I was sent check out guidelines a day AFTER we checked out with ANOTHER NAME in the email body . I found the attempt to charge my card without any communication with me upset. I never received any check out guidelines. We did enjoy our time in Indy overall . Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
