The Cabin at Natural Valley Ranch was built in 2011 using Indiana White Pine Logs and overlooks our 3 acre lake. You will love having your morning coffee relaxing on the spacious wrap around deck. The Cabin has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. There is a wheelchair ramp to enter the Cabin.

Main floor has a master bedroom, half bath, library/sitting room, open concept kitchen/dinning/living space and a pantry with staples provided. Walk out basement with porch has a family room with pool table, master bedroom, bunk room, private bedroom, full bathroom. Top floor has a master bedroom, full bath, private bedroom and sitting area with a pull out counch. The ceilings in the top level bedrooms are open to showcase the beautiful logs.

The master bedroom on the main floor is wheelchair accessible. It has a large walk in closet, whirlpool tub, walk in shower with a wall mount head and a rain head.

Televisions are in all the bedrooms except the master bedroom on the top floor.

Visit our animal interaction area by the big red horse barn at any time during your stay. You may see Hank our free range pig walking around or sleeping inside the barn. Our 3 acre lake is a SHARED lake for guests from the Cottage at Natural Valley Ranch and our family and friends. Bring your own tackle and bait to fish for bluegill, crappie, bass or catfish.

We currently have a canoe, boat and a paddle boat for your use at no extra charge. These options may change depending on if they get damaged.

- "This cabin was everything our family needed. The kids loved the pond with the boats and the horses. We loved the campfire pavilion and the yard to run around and play. Only thing to note, on the main floor porch was a little dangerous for our 2 toddlers. They could easily fit under the bottom wire (honestly any child could) and fall 2 floors down. My last thing to note is the stairs going up to the 2nd floor are open backs and once again I was nervous for my toddler to climb the stairs himself. Overall it’s a wonderful place for large families to stay."

Hosting your event at the Ranch from 10 - 150 people can include horseback riding, hayrides, bonfires, fishing, horse education, animal interaction, outdoor games, hiking or just quiet indoor time. Use your choice of caterer or do the cooking yourself. We have everything you would need. Alcohol is permitted. So many options that can accommodate all.

Whether it be a backyard business BBQ party, family reunion, rustic/chic destination wedding or business/hobby/health retreat we are the perfect, unique, ideal, secluded, private location just minutes from Indianapolis.

Rates are for house rentals only. An additional amount will be billed depending on the number of Guests at your Wedding/Events. - "We booked this place back in April as a prospective venue for our wedding. As October 12th (the wedding day) rolled around, we got the venue at 9am on the 11th. A little hesitation was felt by us because the property wasn’t quite ready for us when we arrived, but that was more pre-wedding stress than anything. Marie, the owner, and her family showed up and whipped the whole place into shape for us to finish our our decorating and get ready for the party. With everything set up, it was a perfect place for our family to show up, have a great time, and then enough room for our entire bridal party to stay in the cabin that sleeps 20 plus on the property. It had plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone as well as ample amounts of seating and cooking space if you want to cater your own reception. Very nice!"

-If you have a pet you are responsible for cleaning up after them and making sure they are not allowed on the furniture. -Absolutely no glitter allowed on the property.
-Please try to keep the quiet ambience of the property.
-No smoking/vaping is allowed in the house whatsoever. If you smoke outside please leave no cigarettes behind. A $500 cleaning fee will be added if smoking evidence is left behind.
-For all stays 30 days and longer a standard Indiana lease and a copy of a license will be needed.
-NO packages are to be sent to this property without my consent. There are plenty of Post office and UPS/FEDEX shipping options to receive packages and mail nearby.
-If a pet is brought it is not allowed on any furniture.
-If pet hair is found on any furniture a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. No pet shall be left unattended on the premises. Barking cannot be tolerated.
-If no picture is on your VRBO account we will require a copy of id upon booking. -Please wash all used dishes.
