Main floor has three bedrooms, including a master suite with an incredible bathroom with separate shower and tub. All towels and linens are provided. The open concept allows the person in the kitchen making preparations to view the game while being part of the action. There is plenty of seating with a large dining room and kitchen table as well as an over-sized couch in the living room. The home has a fireplace for cooler evenings and a great partially covered outdoor space for warmer ones. The basement is large and has a granite topped bar great for entertaining. This home is great for families and couples looking for upscale accommodations near Notre Dame/Granger/South Bend. There is a small dog that lives at the home during non-rental times.
