This 400 Sq ft two story home, which was built in the 1900 and renovated in 2019, is full of character. It consists of a living/kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The living area and bedroom are upstairs, while the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove/oven, a coffee maker, and a microwave. It comes supplied with coffee, a selection of teas and cooking utensils, should you want to put your discoveries at the local Farmer’s Market to use.

If you want to unwind and relax, head up the set of slightly more narrow, interior stairs to the living room and the bedroom, where you will find a 55 inch Smart TV with access to Roku, Hulu, Netflix, and more than 50 channels, including CNN, HGTV, ESPN, The Food Network and many others.

The entire carriage home is available solely for the guests` use - no need to worry about sharing the space with others! The entrance is private, allowing guests to come and go at their convenience. Towels and toiletries are provided for use, as well as a hairdryer and iron/ironing mat.

The space is entirely for guests to enjoy their time, so I will not on location. However, I am easily accessible via text message.

Home is in a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown Noblesville.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services, especially for those attending events in the area - parking can be difficult to find, sometimes longer walks are necessary and traffic can be bad when exiting concerts, etc.

Both bathrooms are full in case you need to know because the picture of the second bathroom is not posted on the listing. The neighborhood is nice as well." - "I thought the house and overall tidiness inside were great! It is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors! The inside shower curtain in the main bathroom was kind of grimy, I would recommend spraying that down with some cleaner and giving a wipe down and a good hot water rinse. Also, the shower head in that bathroom sprays the ceiling depending on where it is pointed (FYI to the owner). The master bath shower was great, with the exception that the hot and cold water, cold is hot and hot is cold. Maybe an extra blanket for the living room, sorry I had to take the one off the extra twin bed. 🙂 All in all it was a cute little home, and sooo close to the Ruoff Amphitheater, which is why we were there. I definitely maintain my 5 star review despite the minor inconveniences listed above. The owner was very responsive to questions, and got me the info I needed to check in prior to the check in time. Oh! One more thing, the living room is very echoey, would also recommend a few more pictures to absorb the sound. Book it! I don't think you will be disappointed. 😁"

You can also prepare food in a kitchenette in the apartment. you can also enjoy the fully fenced backyard. Downtown is close enough where you can walk. Where you can enjoy nice restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops and more. If you want to stay in and relax you have a comfortable queen size bed and clean beddings as well as 44 inch smart TV with Netflix where you can watch your favorite TV shows or movies. What are you waiting for. Book your stay at this place before the dates are all taken. Please park in the back carport by the garage. We don’t use the garage so it’s fine to park your vehicle in front of the garage door. Also note this is a back unit (guest house) there is another unit in the front of the building separated by the laundry room.

The hosts had the heaters on for us and it was nice and toasty and warm when we came in for the evening. It made our stay very comfortable. - "Very nice little house, clean" - "The house was very clean and neat and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. The house was in an area that is being revitalized and close to the "historical Noblesville" downtown area...walkable were it not for the construction going on. I really don't have any major complaints but...the heating system was kind of loud when it automatically turned on(I'm a light sleeper) and on occasion, an unpleasant smell would flow through the living and bedroom areas. I couldn't determine whether it came from outside or the vents. The smell did not linger long. Other than what I've noted above, my husband and I enjoyed our stay."

- "Stayed for a soccer tournament so it gave us everything that we needed for the time that we were there." - "We had a nice stay! The house was clean and had all items that we needed! Also, loved house close it was to the downtown square. My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. This is a concrete cabin with very close proximity to Old Downtown Noblesville. You can take the trail stones throw away distance goes parallel to white river, then passes through downtown. Enjoy local restaurants and bars forget about driving downtown is 10 mins walking distance. You can also sit next to white river in the bench and relax before heading to downtown area. Cabin itself has one queen bed and two futon bed. Also has patio with bbq and swing, laundry, office room and full bathroom.
The space
Close to Old Downtown Noblesville (walking distance), close to white river walkway that leads Forest Park where you can take Nickle Plate Express (seasonal) and Marry Go Round, Skate Park, Mini Golf, and much more. Runoff Music Center is about 10 to 15 mins depending on traffic. Hamilton Town Center is about 15 mins.

Cabin has one queen bed and 2 Futon that turns into bed. extra pillows and blankets will be provided. You also have all the necessities such as full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bath, also has computer desk and office chair etc. In the living room there is 60 inch smart TV with Netflix. Outside you can relax on the swing and cook-up some BBQ.

Other things to note
There is a community garden across the street from the Wolf's Cabin where people from the community come together to plant various types vegetables and flowers. occasionally you might smell the fertilizer. Once in a while neighbors kids from around the corner might drive by in a quad or dirt bike during the evening time. Be prepared for the noise may occur from this. You are also welcome to tell them to take their ride little further away so it is not too close to the property.

Our lovely historic townhome has been remodeled top to bottom & is ready for you!
The spacious living room features large windows, lots of natural light, curved smart tv, and comfortable furniture.

A few steps away is the fresh & bright kitchenette and dining area complete with butcher block island with seating for 3 at the island area and table and chairs with additional seating for 4. The kitchenette is equipped with small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and stainless French door air fryer that fits a 12” pizza or whole chicken! Dishes and wine glasses, silverware, and a few basic kitchen essentials available as well.

The bathroom features a double vanity, barn door detail, and gorgeous tile and stone stand up shower. In the shower you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And fresh plush hotel quality towels, hand towels, and rags.

You’ll have your own washer & dryer to use at your leisure in the mudroom.

Upstairs you’ll find 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 queen beds. Both offer smart tvs, ceiling fans, full length mirrors, closet & dresser for storage, and exceptionally soft down alternative bedding that provides a cloud like sleeping space.

The pool was great to cool down since it was hot and humid July!" - "The apartment itself was lovely—clean, well-stocked, and in a nice complex with great amenities. We appreciated the detailed check-in instructions and enjoyed our stay overall.However, as out-of-state travelers we were concerned when a National Weather Service flood warning was issued for the area. We reached out for clarification and reassurance—only to receive a dismissive comment and no real explanation. The host told us, “people don’t usually build multimillion dollar apartments in a flood zone ” and added, “if you continue to be concerned after me explaining to you, there is nothing I can do about that.” No other explanation was offered, which felt inappropriate, and in fact, the town did go on to experience significant flooding during our stay. Additionally, we received an accidental message from the host containing inappropriate language (with no apology), and while meant for someone else, came across as unprofessional and left us uncomfortable. The stay itself was fine, but communication from the host detracted from the overall experience. A more respectful and thoughtful approach would have made a big difference."
