- This 2-story home requires exterior steps to enter. While there is a bedroom and half bathroom on the 1st floor, an interior staircase is required to access the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor

- "If your stay is after ours it is in clean condition now. However, upon arrival to the property, we noticed that the oven, (which caught fire when self cleaning) the kitchen sink and the cabinets were extremely filthy! We pulled dishes from the cabinet and there were glasses that were completely dirty and you could see residual of drinks in them. I had purchase my own knife set. I tried to cut vegtables witha butter knife. The refrigerator door at the bottom is cracked and is being held together with duct tape. The carpets were stained, paint on the walls were poorly painted, and the bathroom and bedroom doors were patched. The couch has crumbs on and in it. The tub upstairs has a dirt ring a broken handle. The toilets were stained. The backyard is also not cut and the grass is ankle high! The house is not ready to be on any vacation rental platform. This is absolutely unacceptable and we should not have had to clean this mess up!"

- "The house itself is spacious and works great however, the neighbors don't like having other people there. They were very unhappy and let us know. The AC didn't work correctly and the house stayed above 80 degrees until the property management company said they would reimburse us for portable AC units. The house is spacious and it feels like it was nice once but a lot of the repairs and things have been very "slapped on." Not a house I would stay in again though the management company was actually pretty good. The house was just unable to cool down and very unwelcoming neighborhood. 2 star vs 1 star because the only saving graces were large house size and a good property management company."

- "After our smooth checkin, I had to use a broom in the kitchen to avoid stepping on a filthy floor. The silverware was limited and what was there was made for children. Dinnerware was also limited. No spare garbage bags either. Let’s move onto the bathrooms. Owner knew 7 people were checking in but 6 bath towels were placed out with no hand towels. These towels were also outdated that appeared from my high school locker room days. No hand soap was provided, only dish soap. Bathrooms were filthy with streak marks on the mirrors and hairs still left on the toilet. Shower curtain was disgusting and limited toilet paper. Master bathroom even had one faucet spray all over but was told that “it was normal” The biggest pet peeve is the false advertising and the main reason why we booked this house, there is NO QUEEN mattresses. Listing had 1 King and 3 queens and what we got was all full mattresses. These mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and loud. Vrbo needs to have reviews on listings as I would have never booked this house."

3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $300 and registration are still pending.
4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date,
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable.

Quiet sprawling back yard apartment. Located outside of Indianapolis and not far from Bloomington. Restaurant and stores located 10 min away. It has a mother in law quarters feel to it, located on residential property. Built on 3 and half acre lot with a pond view. Apartment has everything you need and is very clean!
