It was cozy and felt like we were staying at a family member's house with everything we could possibly need. The artwork was awesome and we would have bought one of the pieces if we were able to fit it in the car. The room with the bunk beds was super inviting and the kids loved it. The welcome bag with products from Indiana was our favorite! I cannot say enough about this house! So thoughtfully done and we will absolutely stay here again when we are back next year!

- "We’re former Fishers residents and returned for a month to catch up with family and friends. The complex is located near downtown Fishers, a walking trail and several other easy to access places. There’s a fantastic restaurant across the parking lot (King Jugg) where we ate several times. We were given two parking passes and always had a space to park our vehicle. The apartment looked and smelled clean. It was decorated well and both my husband and I said the bed was the most comfortable bed we’d ever slept in. The bedding was very nice too. The unit was cool and overlooked the pool and had a balcony too. The overall layout of the place was perfect. We felt right at home and loved all that our host provided for us. There was a nice tv, great WiFi, and many cooking utensils for making meals. It was priced fairly too. We communicated via text with our host who responded professionally and promptly. The residents seemed to be well mannered and friendly and the complex employees were very nice too. It was an excellent place to live in this summer!"

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY
We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

We do however have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

- "Check-In! was pretty easy, apartment was great and well maintained, pool was amazing and it was a relaxing stay. The location was great and so much to do. The access to our events were great . Check in was not easy or smooth after a 13 hour drive , was tired and frustrated. The common hall smelled like garbage the entire stay . The apartment was fine , but listed a futon and a balcony to enjoy sitting .. no futon , but a dusty leaky air mattress . My teenage athlete slept the entire stay on this mattress. No patio furniture and key . When requested another key , was quoted $60.00 and my request for patio furniture was not responded to . All of this was just taken in stride but then I was being charged for a damaged pillow 1 1/2 days after check out! We had our own pillows . There was another guest after we left, as I was sent check out guidelines a day AFTER we checked out with ANOTHER NAME in the email body . I found the attempt to charge my card without any communication with me upset. I never received any check out guidelines. We did enjoy our time in Indy overall . I suggest you update your listing on amenities to reflect the current amenities."

You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door or the garage door. There will be a garage door opener provided during your stay too. Any lost or broken garage door openers will incur a $200 replacement fee.
